A "tweak" to Camaraderie

On top of Survivors being within 16 meters of you for the hook timer to be paused, include Killer as well. This will slightly buff Camaraderie and make it for viable in game play where lots of players, especially new ones, who frequently match up with Killers who camp a lot. It makes sense lore/info wise for this perk that out of Camaraderie for their teammates, the person equipped with this perk would want to hold out as long as possible while the Killer is near them so that they can:

A) Rescue them from the Hook

B) Have more time to finish Gens/Heal/Regroup/Etc.

C) Escape

Highly recommend this buff to the perk.

Seems intriguing to me. How would the killer be involved in it? Would they have the same effect the survivors would on the hooked survivor using camaraderie?

It's such a niche perk that it would still be balanced. However, it would need a timer before it triggers due to killer proximity. Probably 10 seconds, similarly to the chaser emblem.

Yes if not something similar. I don't personally experience being face camped that often since I'm Rank 1 on PC, but others are constantly complaining about being face/proxy camped. So probably within a radius of 16-24 meters would activate this perk.

I feel like you could let it trigger on both first and second hook and it would still just be okish at best tbh

The problem is that you either have potato Survivors who are in your range all trying to unhook you which makes the perk finally useful (assuming anyone is even using it outside of the Adept achievement), or you have a skilled group who knows that it is better to just do gens than trying to make a risky save with a camping Killer.
