Can we work on making maps fun for all killers?

The maps in dbd are why this game is survivor sided, and probably the biggest problem in the game. Not only are some of them OP, but a lot of them make the game unfun for certain killers, I will give some examples. Trapper is very bad on gideon meat plant, as his traps are blatantly obvious. Mobility killers like Oni struggle to snowball on Lérys, Midwich and the game. Hag is terrible on large maps like red forest and Ormond. Every killer is garbage on ormond, blood lodge, haddonfield, coldwind maps and red forest. Whilst making maps more balanced, I also think maps should favour every killer to make more balanced gameplay.

You can't balance every map for every killer. Killers like huntress and billy like open maps, whereas killers like Ghostface and Pig like more closed maps. They can never create a map that is perfect for everyone.

True, but I think they can change small things, like adding grass to Gideon meat plat, making Lérys and Midwich's corridors more open etc.

Can we just make the biggest maps less big? Especially when SWF are concerned, smaller maps are better for killers, and large maps can require a 3-gen strategy to even have a remote chance of success. Low-mobility killers are also hurt by big maps in a way that's hard to overcome. There's a reason why Corrupt Intervention is meta right now and it's to basically make the map smaller for a bit.

Even at that it won't make much difference. No Nurse can play on Lerys. No matter what you do to that map, it'll always be nearly unplayable for her.

The problem is they don't want to be "limited" by these constraints on maps. Unfortunately this creates maps like Midwitch and Lerys which just aren't the best designed.
