two perk have the same name in the french version of dead by daylight
Beast of prey and Predator are named "prédateur" (which mean "Prédator") wich create a BIG problem when the archives ask you to use Prédateur in a game, I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong until I found out that two perks have the same name.
For Beast of prey you can name it : "Bête de proie" (litteral translation) or "Fauve" if you want to keep a wild sound to it.
Predator can stay as predator.

How has it not been reported before?

This seems like a big deal considering how much of the BHVR team speaks french.

Aren't most of the devs french? You'd think an error as big as this would be in some other translation.

I was confused even with different perk names because of similar meanings. But French version is really confusing and I can't see why French speaking company allowed it to be issue.

Probably because it wasn't a big deal, and I played for quite a while and I only realised it now thanks to the archive.
I don't know if they are making the french version tho, the french community isn't that big in the first place (for exemple we don't have a dedicated sub-forum)
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes but you'd assume they would name the perks right? And those names would be used in the french version.
