Blood Points, Shards & Cells problem (on Windows)

First of all I'm sorry if my English is bad, I'm Chilean and I'm not that used to speak it.

Well, the thing is that lately I have noticed that when I open the game, my amount of blood points (& etc) is marked on 0, and I have more than that. The only "solution" I have found is that I have to open the in-game store and wait like a minute, so then my real amount of shards, blood points & cells appears. It has been taking longer, yesterday those numbers were just on 0, and I know I have more, so I was hoping if you guys could give us a solution to that problem, because it's really annoying, it happens everytime I open the game.

Also, I buyed a 500 cells pack, but they don't appear on my acount, what can I do?

Primero que todo, últimamente he notado que cada vez que abro DbD, mi cantidad de puntos de sangre (etc etc) aparece como 0, es decir como si no tuviera nada, pero yo en realidad tengo más que eso. Resulta que la única "solución" que he encontrado es que debo abrir la tienda propia del juego y esperar como un minuto aprox para que aparezca mi verdadera cantidad de puntos de sangre, fragmentos y células. Sin embargo, últimamente le ha tomado más tiempo al juego para mostrarme mi verdadera cantidad, así que me gustaría que nos pudieran dar una solución al respecto, porque es muy molesto, ocurre cada vez que abro el juego. (Cabe destacar que desconozco si este problema sucede en otras plataformas.)

Y otra cosa, compré un pack básico de celulas al ver que los precios de algunos personajes han reducido, el asunto es que no aparecen en mi cuenta, ¿qué puedo hacer?
