Spirit is busted
I can't put my finger on it, I used to do fantastic against her but more recently I've noticed that Spirit slaps. I think this is the problem:
Wraith has a small frame to let survivors escape while uncloaking
Nurse's blinks can be dodged
Billy can be dodged
Oni...well...it's difficult to but he can be escaped
But not Spirit, there's 0 time frame for survivors to deal with it and phasing is non-directional so she gets to move real fast, has no time frame, and essentially has Undetectable.
Myers gets undetectable sure but he has a slower movement speed and he can be seen. The Nurse can get in real close like the spirit but you can see her gearing up to go. With the Spirit though you can tell she's phasing, then poof she's gone, the only defense against her is to not run and not be injured and in a chase what can you do? She can see your trails, can anticipate where you're going and if you try to turn away and juke her, you're still screwed. Her add-ons let her beat you to any location you go and if there aren't many jungle gyms like Blood Lodge for example, then running her is an impossible task, especially if she has high level movement speed add-ons.
Somehow she's come this far without being changed once, it's frankly ridiculous and I'm sick of it.

Man, I don't patrol the forums frequently, I have a life outside of DBD. I'm sure plenty of people have mentioned this but I'm just trying to make my voice heard

Depends, people have been complaining about her for years and nothing has been done beyond an addon pass.
Personally the only issue I have with spirit is her combination with stridor.

Nurses blinks cannot be dodged, unless you are deciding to use a bad Nurse as an example

Spirit is overrated. Mainly because she’s extremely reliant on her power to get hits. Being a 110% Killer means she’s pretty much always just stalling for time to get her cooldown back and is only threatening in her phase

You can just listen to her footsteps and moans and try to juke her, I think she also makes foliage noise but can't remember rn.

it doesn when dead hard actually works and you make good predictions aswell, since no human can play nurse perfectly. and no one does, we have those stupid tourney where you see lots of thousands hours nurses losing all the time and winning some others, same with spirit but at least nurse cna potentially be more entertaining to face.

And what happens if the Nurse doesn't take the bait (like a good Nurse) or you don't have Dead Hard (because it's a perk, not a base kit power)?

They can't be dodged but you can block line of sight. You can't blink to someone you can't see.
