Another balanced landing change
Again, BL feels very week due to how situational it is, that's why I say head on is better because there's a lot of lockers everywhere so I think balanced landing should have a little change, not an overpowered one but just something that makes it feel different.
When exhausted your stagger is reduced by 15/20/25%

Aslong as it doesn't create infinites or cause certain loops to be almost infinites (looking at you Myers House) I'd be fine with this buff.

This can be avoided IF they change the maps, then buff BL.
Oh or, make it so each map has atleast 2-3 spots to use it on (looking at you Shelter Woods)

If every map consistently had somewhere to use it, and not just a random hill in the corner of a map, I think it would be an extremely good perk. We can only hope that they do it I guess.

people say "oh shack basement" but i got killed bc i tried to activate it there

Unless you've got a ton of distance on the killer already, it truly is a waste and you'll get hit or downed instantly.
