How to counter second chance decks?

Almost every game I get, I go against everyone having second chance decks, they send me to haddonfield, and I can never pressure the map? Any tips? Or is it just a "Get good" case, thank you!

Second chance perks are predictable and thus possible to play around.

    Wait DH off.

Don't swing into people who've just been unhooked in your face, instead count to 12 while closely following them or force a grab if they vault.

Don't pick up ppl with DS timer on, leave them on the floor. Hooks are vastly overrated, slugged survivors provide you about as much space as hooked ones.

It's just as TripleSteal said. Additionally, Haddonfield is just a terrible map for the majority of Killers. Also, DS has undergone some changes, now making it inactive if the Survivor does just about any non-chase action. If the Survivor you just unhooked starts to heal, unhook someone, or maybe tap a generator, their DS is no longer a threat.
