The grind in DBD for new players is holding this game back, it is time to change for the better.
The grind in DBD for bloodpoints and perks for newer players is quite literally one of the worst aspects of the game. It is an absolutely miserable experience and succeeds in only guaranteeing some people never touch the game again after giving it a try.
It's time to wake up and face reality, Devs; There are too many Survivors and Killers for the games grind to be as slow as it is. And this is implying the player is actually unlocking useful perks.
I understand you value the grind in the game and that is fine, but CUT IT DOWN. Remove perk tiers, give more bloodpoints, make everything cost LESS bloodpoints, just do something, anything.
It is time, it is only gonna get worse every new Killer, Survivor, etc.

its a legit concern with pros and cons, so i got mixed feelings about it. In the good side it gives u a game where you have so many things to unlock it makes u feel productive. On the bad side it penalizes new players for trying to play new killers or survivors. Not enough Bp to play use the add ons or items you enjoy or unlock everything; So in general i agree with that we need more BP rewards especially for the survivor side its so unfair. Killers got bbq and chili that is a decent useful perk. In contrast were gonna live forever perk is not as great.

I don't think it's that big deal as survivors -> you can play any character really and use his perks. You can have full meta build using only free surivors. Best way I usually suggests to new players is starting with David -> you need 1,2M +/- BP for level 40. So then your build is something like Dead Hard, We'll make it, Kindred, Spine Chill. After it you just can get better versions, but this build is quite decent.
As a killer, you have to buy a game, buy 2-4 DLCs which depends on killer you want to play.
You need to spend 900k-1,2M BP on 2-4 killers, just so you can spend another 1,6M on killer you actually want to play. So compare to survivors, it costs you more BP, but mainly you have to buy DLCs, unless you wanna wait one year for Shrine...
But yeah, grind still sucks for both sides. I refuse to do Prestige till it gets better. I have it on 1 survivor and 1 killer (during anniversary) and that's enough.
I really liked idea about changing how Blood Web works -> you have total of 6 perks, instead of 4 and they start around starting point, so entity starts eating faster.
