Opinion about Dead man's switch?
The rework is here, now the question is:
On those killers that use it very well: Doctor, Pinhead, Artist, Nurse, is it too strong?
I think the main problem is that it's gonna make facecamping and camping so much stronger.
On Bubba, what happens if you use Corrupt, Deadlock, Dead Man's Switch and Bamboozle on Bubba and just facecamp? You get away with it, that's what happens.

Well fortunately of that list of people you mentioned only one of them are good so I wouldnt worry too much.

Alternatively, the perk should work on generators that were being repaired at the time the perk was activated. That is, the killer hanged the survivor, then another survivor started repairing the generator and stopped it, then the generator will not be blocked.

Facecamping with Bubba and DMS won't do a thing...
DMS only activates on gens that are let go off. If survivors don't let go, it won't get blocked. If the killer doesn't come to gens, survivors won't let go.
DMS only works, and works best for aggressive killers.
Grim Embrace on the other hand... That could work for a camping build. You would have to be kinda agressive at the start, to get the stacks, but once you get the last one, you can camp to your hearts content. If it is basement with Monstrous Shrine, you can literally get a kill or a hookstate before the next gen can get done.

Oppressive on some killers, pointless on most. It's bad balance, but I don't know how to fix it.

They're definitely going to let go the first time he facecamps because they have to see why they're not getting off the hook, so you have at least 3 uses out of it automatically. (Unless they all happen to be working the exact same gen, then who cares, they're screwed).

It all depends.
If they are on comms, they could tell each other: don't bother saving, or finish the gen first.
In solo it will indeed be much better.
DMS would be really good if you are proxy camping a 3-4 gen. Don't walk too far from hook, but patrol the gens from time to time, to block 'em.

not good for facecamping
but good with pain resonance

Its great for camping with artist
Played a few artist matches earlier NWO DMS PR Corrupt with Ink Egg and would just camp every hook from the minimum power distance while firing crows at gens.
Now it's not exactly like some huge number of games but in the few matches I played they were all 3 or 4ks and I literally only had like 3 or 4 real chases (per match) because everyone either went to stage 2 on the first hook or would trade with the person on hook. It didn't really take any skill at all, just fire crows at gens and take trades.

It's not broken unlike boilover.

It's going to be unfun on artist and very strong on top 5 killers. People will run it with corrupt, deadlock, dms, pain resonance/tinkerer. You will apply a few PR and block a gen a the start and with good mobility block 1-2 gens ready to pop. All while you're chasing as well since you know a survivor is/was there so you can stall the game while you get your quick hook states.

This is just whataboutism, if both were to be broken, we fix both.

It's a gigantic problem on those killers where you can not trade, such as Bubba. With that you just facecamp, maybe see 1/2 gens across the map getting blocked, and you stay there at the hook. No way for the killer not to get less than 2 kills if they play correctly.
