You Need To Look Deeply At The Issues With Your Game
I quit the game back in the Summer and came back for a night or two with friends. The game is perfectly fine and fun when playing with friends. However, this is the fourth, FOURTH, time I've felt I had to uninstall your game after playing Killer. I was a Killer main from 2017 all the way until a year after the Ruin rework.
It's far too stressful, I used to find it fun as Killer, and the draw is still there to want to play as it, but it's just too ######### stressful. You need to juggle so very much as Killer while tracking or chasing Survivors, reading their movement, the distance and time to the next safe pallet or window, the number of hooks you have on who, the progress and positions of the generators as time progresses in the match, who has what latest second chance perk combo that makes life more difficult for the Killer, etc..
It's not fun. It used to be fun, but now it's not. You should feel CHALLENGED when playing Killer, not looking at the nearest sharpest object and staring at it for a solid five minutes after being gen rushed despite using anti-gen rush perks. I lost your way somewhere BHVR and it shows in the quality of life for Killers. They should be the scary menacing monster that will kill Survivors if they don't get out ASAP, but now it's just a joke. I play Survivor after a match of Killer to DESTRESS, it's INFINITELY easier to play Survivor and I'm a Killer main, I play Survivor very rarely even to this day.
You catered to the wrong group of people and it's hurting the game's fundimental core design. I don't know if I'll reinstall again but this is it once more. It's bad enough I've reinstalled it already previous times. It's just not fun, a game should be fun.

I watch my buddy play this game only now. He plays about 2-3 matches every other week. My last time I played was November.
I use to like this game, because a person could play the game, as a survivor about anywhere. Including their Hotel and travel the next day on the road. Log in and it was an easy game to get into.
Today this game has too many strict rules, lack of 1:1 counterplay and the grind for new perks is much too long. Plus the game just doesn't feel scary anymore. Since everything is too bright and cheerful anymore after the texture updates.
I kinda liked the old, slower paced version of the game. and not this new style that requires juking and gymnastics the entire time.
I've been put-off also by the Hatch closing and lack of it. Because when team mates were bad, it was a glimmer of hope for a person to press on and try to win.

It doesn't help that the red stain is much brighter and easier to see, the fog is much less thick than it used to be on survivors, and survivors can chain together second chance perks back to back which makes them not scary. For example you can Borrowed Time into Dead Hard into Decisive Strike. Any sense of tension or risk just deflates when you can trivialize unhooks. There's also the fact you can chain tiles together basically effortlessly, and if you're caught out and can't just E to the next tile you W as far away from the generators as you can and go down there to waste maximum time. Just running in a straight line away from any non-mobility killers is way easier because there's no good way to make distance on a survivor that's not trying to loop other than to also hold W and hope they don't make the tile in time (Killers only gain distance of .15 meters a second on a survivor at best, so a 10 meter lead on the survivor's part lets them run about 60 meters before they get downed, and that's assuming no E to gain another 10 meters for free). It's why there's a massive gap between killers like Blight/Curse/Spirit/Huntress/Artist and basically everyone else. Those killers can punish W-ing away either through projectiles or mobility powers. Killers like Myers/Freddy/Oni/Doctor/etc. can only slowly waddle their way closer to the killer and hope and pray there's not a god pallet or window in the 60 free meters the survivor gets.
