Justify Camping first hooked player

Gen regression is crap, and with CoH people don't need a team mate to heal endlessly.
So is more value in making it a 3v1 than going for secondary objectives.
CoH has made this worse. Why chase, when you can proxy and trade.

So do I

It's a video game.
Neither side has to justify anything they do to win as long as it's not rule breaking lmao

If you t-bag me or click click = letherfacecamped. Simple así that.

You would be surprised by how I was getting a salt filled thread by the unfortunate survivor who had that happen to them against me and no joke he blamed me calling me a boring Killer and I should basically give his team a free unhook just because he had a challenge like no joke he kept messaging me while I was in other games so I replied to him whenever my games ended lol
Like it's not my fault everyone was on hook and not doing gens therefore making my game a bit easier lol

Often survivors get the gens done before I've killed anyone. Justify that. It's boring for me not to win, justify how it can be fair that I don't always win!
The justification for camping first hook, the killer wants to. That's how multiplayer games work, there are no NPCs.
If you think the rules should change, at least pretend to think survivors should also lose some of their free will, so then you don't look like such a crybaby.
My justification for camping: I'm the killer.

A) You know that no gens are being worked on, or the survivors are rushing the hook.
B) It's easier to lose a couple of gens and be up against 3 players than 4 players.
C) Killer can do what they like. Its their game too.

EZ win and sometimes survivors could use some humbling.

Love this.

You don't get points or pips for camping. A camper got a 3k recently vs me and got 10k BP.

Yeah, and completely tearing down the fun of that hooked survivor and ending their possibilities to have fun in the match lmao

3 gens pooped in 2-3 chases and I want to secure a kill.
If there is EGC and I want to secure a kill.
Toxic player punishment.
Strategy related with gens. Not gonna move if a have a 3 gen side for a gen on the other side of the map.
I know someone is lurking around prepared for hookbombing.
Im chasing someone who is nearby the hook.
And thats basically it.

Justification: MMR, kills = skills no matter how you get them.
According to BHVR, kills are wins. Fastest way to kills, and by far the easiest, is to camp the first hook out. Can easily score a second kill and secure a draw, but are often treated to a 3rd and even a 4th kill this way.
Getting someone out early makes victory easier to achieve.
This is not my chosen play style. I prefer using my skills to pressure the field, win chases, terrorize the survivors through many hooks, etc. But, BHVR says none of that is skill. Much more skill in standing still with Bubba and relying on NOED/BW for 2 more kills.
This is why I've only played for 1 hour since December. Can't stomach the level of sweat from either side anymore.

Heh ?
so if I can break into someone house just because I want it ?
useless argument.
I mean, if that’s the end game, that’s ok.
but mid or start game, it’s useless and free gens for survivor .

Heh?
So you're comparing the desire to do something that the devs said you can do in their video game without consequence to committing an actual illegal act?
Useless comparison.

I paid for the game, and if it doesn't break any rules, I will play however I like. So should anyone elss

Same if you want to play clicky clicky baggy baggy.
It's useless but plenty of kids think its fun.

Not a justification (because I bloody do like I please) but here an explanation of what I sometimes do.
There is this experiment I've just started for when I can't focus on the game (phone, whatever).
I take Bubba. I wait in the basement with Insidious and Tinkerer. And like the spider, I wait for some prey.
If a victim comes (slightly more than 50% of games at the moment), I wait for it to pass me, down and hook it then wait again.
In no circumstance I go out of the basement. Even to catch one who managed to run or crawl away.
Some survivors understand the play, most don't.
Most games are kind of funny though, as I see them on the corner or the screen, trying to find a way to save the one greedy fool who went for the basement chest.
Sometimes they even succeed.

To be able to form my opinion i need more context.
Is it during egc?
Is it at the start?
Is it in a 3 gen area?
Do survivors immediately try to rescue?
There are so many possibilities where it may look like someone is camping, or actually is camping but is forced to do so.
You can't really justify something like that with no info whatsoever.

No, I compare the fact of when your saying « if someone want it’s allowed »
