Problem entering survivor and killer on console

in Bug Reporting

Since the 6.1 update l haven't been able to play as a killer and survivor because when l play a role it keeps thinking and rejects the option constantly.

    I am specifically from ps5, the error has already stopped happening to me. But the first day it did not work or restart the console. In any case, I apologize for the inconvenience.
