Now that I think about it, I must admit that the "click-clickers" surv are rarely good except for a few flashsaves 😄
The survivors are sweating because they made the mistake of being 3 or 4 in the lobby with flashlights and realize too late that I have equipped lightborn 😂

During the last PTB, I get a lobby with 4 flashlights.
I equip Lightborn.
As expected, they try to be hyper aggressive with their flashlights except that ... it doesn't work, and they get beaten up.
End of game chat: "Imagine using Lightborn on the PTB, you're a moron."

It reminds me of a day when I was playing Billy (which I don't master at all) in a more chill than chill mode: I was having fun running around the map at full speed, while the survivors were sweating because they didn't understand what I was trying to do 🤣

Hahah one time I literally just chainsawed across the entire map endlessly (this was before overheat was added) and never attacked any of the survivors. They did gens and escaped. One of the survivors messaged me to say how bad I was. 🤣

Yeah she suffers from it but its not instantaneous and pretty hard to pull off. Specially because there is a good chance she can turn around and blink to you instead

I think that if a survivor turns the corner of a wall and waits for the nurse, flashlight in hand, it can really surprise her, because the survivors who do that ... personally, I have never come across one! 😮
I'll really have to try it in the custom part, to see what it looks like!😀
The other reason that makes me think that waiting for the nurse at the corner of the wall, a little bit behind, can be interesting (generally speaking, it's the principle of preventing her from using her second tp), is that at that moment, she has just used her first tp.
So she is inside what is called her teleportation window : she can't stay indefinitely on hold, she must either attack, or use her second tp, or do nothing.
Therefore, preventing her from using her second tp, whether she is looking at the flashlight, or turning around, will force her to enter a fatigue phase.

Seems like the same when I decided to play Nurse just to learn her counters and I had two people DC after I had a extremely lucky double blink.....

Imagine this game with nurse deleted, instantly better... even blight has to deal with pallets, windows and walls. I'd rather play against facecamp insidious bubba than all these camping nurses

Try not to lie. I know it is hard, since you have to try to convince people nurse is okay in her current state. But just...try not to.
I've done everything asked of me by Nurse mains, including showing my gameplay, because apparently nurse mains are the only ones who know how to play. Just get cricket sounds as a reply when they realize a player much better than them has a different view point on balance. Still waiting for some gameplay from some of them. Any day now.

It doesn't matter if you have 20k hours as nurse or 1000 hrs on nurse. She has valid counters that you seem to denounce just because you have more hours than anyone else.
You have multiple people some are Nurse Mains others are not that say and confirm the valid strats to use against her.
As I stated after playing her I found she's not op just a difficult Killer that takes a different strategy than just Hold W or predrop pallets. Now what makes her op are certain addons and her blink attacks are considered basic attacks. Also her blinks are not perfect and takes a lot of skill to get right and it can't blink through everything....

You say this like it would resolve anything. Any Nurse who posts footage would either get “you’re bad” or “see, she’s broken.” There is no winning the argument because you are close minded.

Can also do it on first blink afaik. But its really not practical to do it alone imo. When you are targeting 1 survivor another one can try to burn you to make you choose between targeting them instead or getting burner.
Doesnt always work but its pretty cool.

I agree with her not fitting into modern DBD. But I have to disagree with implying console Nurses are hurting her stats due to a gap in controls. PlayStation & Xbox Nurse mains will tell you they can still hang with the best of PC players- they just need to get a little creative or work a little harder sometimes.
I’ve had matches where I thought the nurse was on PC, stomped me & 3 of my PC teammates, and then when I look at the end screen- it was a fellow Xbox player. Same with Blight. I have to tip my hat to those players.

Everyone who is not completely biased should know that the Stats dont matter for Nurse.
Like, Killers always claimed that the Killrates are inaccurate when they were above 60%, but whenever Nurse comes up, her low Killrate is suddenly the most valid stat in existence.

My point is that you can’t have it both ways. You only acknowledge stats when they benefit your argument. It’s also not necessary to pretend the 60% kill rate didn’t exist- most of the playerbase is bad at the game, and when both sides are weak, killer is at advantage. This obviously inflates kill rates.

The fact that YOU don't like to face this or that killer doesn't mean that this or that killer is OP 😫
By the way, it's a shame to say that the game would be better without this or that killer, because it only takes into account your personal appreciation to the detriment of the pleasure of those who play Nurse (I only think about Nurses who plays fairly, of course, who don't camp, nor tunnel, nor slug excessively).
After that, a killer camping, whether it's a nurse, a trapper, Bubba, or the huntress, is just annoying, for sure 😣

I suggest that if he really wants to help the community, rather than complaining about the nurse all the time, he should make explanatory videos about how the nurse works, so that survivors understand her strengths and weaknesses, and how to counteract her.

I had alwayse seen the nurse problem this way.
Imagine if dbd was a race game, where you travel a long road full of obstacles, traps, and other distractions to get to your goal(which would be a 4k).
Imagine every killer was a different type of car, some are faster, some are slower.
But Nurse is not a car, she is a plane.
It's not easy to use a plane, nor is easy to master the controls but when you do you literally fly over every obstacle and trap the road could possibly have and you will always get to the goal first.
But how can you balance a plane in a car race, without removing it completely?

What a terrible and flawed analogy. All these “cars” have different base speeds, some accelerate faster than others, some can run over survivors for an instant down with their basekit, some teleport, some disappear, some are silent electric cars, some need to reload gas at lockers. Yet somehow Nurse is the only one not designated as a car?
Killers aren’t racing each other either. They all share the same goal of killing survivors, not reaching a physical destination. And some killers require more expertise than others, and logically should be rewarded higher.
Oh, and Blight as a car is faster than Nurse as a plane - if you’re going to insist on continuing to use this analogy. Seems legit.

Myers is a relic from the past. His model is outdated. His power is outdated. His animations are outdated. His add-ons are outdated.
Myers feel like a living fossil. No killer in the game is so useless in their basekit while becoming absolutely BS with some add-ons (tombstone).

Why do people pretend the Nurse we have today is the same we had in 2016-2019? Even with her best addons she does not come close to her old self. I agree with OP 1000%. You can't have a killer that completely ignores the physics of the game without the additional OP brand new parts, etc. It's just not going to be sustainable long term as everything else gets nerfed down and down. She needs a different power or dramatically limited number of blinks/distance.

LOL. I actually lose line of sight against her quite a bit, but again, the ability to literally move through multiple layers of walls, floors, etc., is out of place in a game where everything on the survivor side has been nerfed into the ground. She needs to be nerfed in some way. Don't agree, move on because it's clear from the daily posts I'm in the majority opinion on this.

You truly dont grasp the analogy the way i do, maybe it was my fault for calling it a race game.
Hear me out, every killer has a set of "obstacles" they must pass in order to get to their goal which would be the 4k.
You can loop them with a window, you can stun them with a pallet, you can trick them by making them fall down a floor. These are the obstacles and traps i mentioned and every killer has to find a way to deal with, like cars on a road.
But nurse just dont need to follow this rules at all:
Surv has a pallet? Blink behind them and hit
Surv has a window loop? Blink behind them and hit
Surv is in a different floor? Blink up/down
The moment you know how to properly use blink, there is nothing these obstacles can do to stop you
That's why i consider her a plane in a car game.
Nurse doesnt need to learn how to travel the road, or how to deal with obstacles, you only need to master the controls of the plane(Blink).

I think you should really show us how you play against her, because you just said that you lose the LOS quite often against her, only to go back into a "She doesn't belong here, she shouldn't be going through walls, etc."

Besides, i've already shown you where to find one match of me going against nurse, one match of me playing as nurse. You want more? Too bad. Find it yourself. Why are you asking me to catelogue my own videos? That's such a weird thing to ask.
If you can't gauge how good a player is from 2 matches then you shouldn't be talking on game balance.
Show some of your own gameplay before you ask for a whole video collection of others. Still waiting.
