Just Nerf Nurse Already
If you have to nerf Perks just because of Nurse, it's not the problem of the perk, it's the problem of The Nurse.

It's true though. Awakened Awareness doesn't get nerfed because of being OP overall or with other perks, no: because 1 (I repeat: ONE) killer would be able to easily kill survivors with it.

Ah yes, nerfing a perk that's bad on everyone including Nurse for some reason because of concern with Nurse clearly means Nurse is overpowered.
Which is why they've buffed 17 perks that are good or insane for her, and released 40 perks that are okay, great, or insane for her, also without changing her.

While I see this a lot, and in a better world it would be viable, this literally kills any variety of nurse. This may look like a nerf, but in the end it'll just make Nurses run sweatier combos

Nurse needs a nerf, I was so excited for awakened awareness meta. It would've been a solid perk for billy when you I want to rely on floods of rage cheapness of boomeranging hook when survs are swf death balling me. Literally all they have to do is make nurse's power have a short cool down of like 2 seconds on actions like gen hits, hooking and breaking pallets, hell do it for every killer, I don't care! Call it a “decisive action” that's the opposite of conspicuous action.
If the survs instantly unhook in your face you;
A: Grab them
B: If you are running starstruck, you just m1
Problem solved.
Now Awaken Awareness terminates in an animation either a shrug off stun or a hook making their final trajectory a huge shot in the dark making it pretty much whisper's level of tracking usefulness. Awaken will tell you how many, Whispers will tell you if they are still there. Sigh...

bhvr doesn't understand it, it's like someone driving a car drunked and running over a person, now bhvr comes and takes the car and says "bad car now you will be scrapped, although the driver is to blame, neither the other drivers nor the family anyone else, but the driver :))

doesn't make sense, does it ? correct ! but bhvr did exactly that, smashed the perk because the Nurse is the real problem ;)

I don't think so.
It would just limit her ability to use insta downs like Devour, Starstruck or Noed. Hell even Legion has to M1 to get value here. Nurse is a strong killer who doesn't need to have access to everything. Pyramid Head has rarely access to hook related perks OR basic attack perks. Does that slow him down or hinder his ability and making him more sweaty? No.
I don't care if a nurse uses Jolt or Pop or DMS+PR as slowdown, but I care that a new perk had to get nerved just because something like Nurse+Starstruck exist.
It's only broken on Nurse, not on Blight (whose rushes are special attacks) or other killers with mobility.

Once more I would like to re-iterate something.
Nurse is the only reason that Killers cannot have fun with Perks in this game. This game would be better if:
- Nurse was finally hard nerfed to the ground (Blinks are shorter, post-blink attacks are special attacks)
- Nurse was completely removed from the game (and all players are refunded for her cosmetics)
This game's design is suffering because of one Killer. She either needs a nerf or needs to be removed by this point.

Yes, one single perk that was bad on everyone including Nurse getting nerfed for some reason that alluded to Nurse and other killers (because of the pluralized description) means Nurse is holding back balance.
But I suppose it would be inconvenient to acknowledge the 17 perk buffs and 40 perk releases to perks that are okay, great, or insane for Nurse. Also other perks nerfed due to other killers.

One perk that was bad on everyone else and good for Nurse... is now almost unusable on everyone else and is still useful on Nurse.
