Base Unhook Chance needs a little more strength.
I only suggesting increasing the base hook speed from 4% to 8% which isn't a ton, but I do think this would be a nice change. If anyone is about to complain that Deliverance is useless if you do this, you're wrong, trust me. I did the math and the highest chance without using the perk currently only gets you to 52% and you have to be in a SWF to get it reliably. This would only make the top 56% without Deliverance.
I can't remember how I came about thinking this, but I do think it would be a good idea regardless of what my original reason was. Always felt like the chance was a bit too low.

Self-unhook isn’t meant to be reliable at all unless you stack literally everything you can to make it more likely. It’s fine at 4%

I get that, but being stuck on hook for forever with as little hope as possible just feels bad, bruddah.

It does not. If you attempt all 3 times, it's roughly an 11% chance you get yourself off. Being able to self hook yourself 1 out of 10 games is already pretty high for the impact that self unhooking is.

I will still forever believe it needs more strength, even something small. I tried a couple other percentages to see the failure chance, and and 5% will net you a total failure chance of ~86% instead of ~88.5% That's about 1 every 7 games, which could be more fair for soloq players that get ignored by their team.

If your solo queue teammates leave you on hook while the killer wasn’t camping, then that’s a solo queue issue and further highlights why those survivor action icons BHVR suggested a while back really need to be implemented so better solo queue coordination can exist without Kindred. Increasing the self-unhook chance to address that is simply a bandaid that doesn’t actually address that problem.
