Starstruck needs a nerf
Title. I don't think I need to say more.

Step 1: Don't go near the hooks or Killer as they are carrying Survivors.
Step 2: Run far away or hide very carefully; wait more then 30 seconds
Step 3: You are safe now, as you just counter Starstruck.
Also, if a killer is running Starstruck, always suspect they are running a increased terror Radius/aura reading build, especially if it is a doctor and Wesker.

Starstruck isn't hard to deal with. 30 seconds is pretty short.

I would reduce time with exposed status.
Starstruck should be a perk that punish survivors that are too coky and bodyblock hooks. There is no need for expose to last more than just carrying survivors. And if it has to last some time, then make it an unsafe area. Starstruck works for 30s after hooking/dropping survivors, and everyone has exposed status when on terror radius, not ouside the terror radius, for a time when perk works. Refresh with every grab. It could also reduce killer terror radius by 50% when carrying or for whole duration.

I don’t think Starstruck is that bad - except for Nurse obvi. They really should test out blink attacks as special attacks!

Starstruck is not an overpowered perk. Obviously it shines with Nurse, but that's about the only thing that I can think of that makes the perk broken and overpowered. Other Killers it's not a big deal. Just get out of the terror radius if you are in it with it active and just play safe. If you're that worried run to the other side of the map and wait it out, though by the time you get to the other side the timer is already almost over

Nerfing a Perk I rarely get any value out of? Why?

that would be fine if it didnt announce to the survs starstruck activated.

If we want to talk about changing Nurse, who's a balanced killer (Look at her kill rates, they were like 42%, which is closer to 2% than 100%!!), we need to buff her. The most innovative way to go about nurse is removing her pesky stagger post-blink. This would allow The Nurse to make more risky and fun plays without the threat of punishment should they miscalculate. There is also no reason for The Nurse to be slower than the survivors, as this merely exasperates the hold W meta, forcing Nurse to completely rely on her powers in a chase. Giving her a speed of at least 4.2 could make her a formidable yet fair killer that everyone could enjoy.

This can't be a real post yet I cannot figure out what it is lampooning.

Starstruck is fine. The perk rarely provides any value. Not counting nurse (and maaaaaybe spirit or wesker). On most killers it does nothing, but prevent body blocking.

Why would it have more range?

Probably because his TR is bigger.

Exactly... Starstruck immediately gives you warning that you are exposed and instant downable. It only OP, if you are stupid enough to be anywhere near the hook or killer that just pick up a Survivor, and make yourself easily noticeable. Only people that would complain, are SWF whom are sabotaging/flashlights saving their teammates or solo Survivor whom cannot look at the edge of the screen and see the visible "Exposed" status effect. Which is a Skull icon.

Let's say what you are thinking and actually fix the problem.
Blight and Nurse should have the perk locked out as a potential perk for them. /fixed.

Starstruck doesn't work on Blight's attacks. Surely you meant Spirit?

starstruck is fine it's only a problem on nurse and that isn't a reason enough to nerf it.
it literally gives you a warning and it's only for 30 seconds.

No, Nurse needs a nerf.
If they nerf Starstruck just because of her instead of actually addressing the root problem, I’m going to be quite annoyed honestly. Starstruck is fine on everyone else.
2 -
Spirit using starstuck is fine. She's not in the same league as the other two (especially if you make her recharge addons be recharge not duration and nerf her pink addon).
The other two should simply not even be allowed to use it.

My point specifically is that Starstruck doesn't work with Blight's power.
