Can anyone from any platform drop the Xbox users or is only Xbox dropping other Xbox users? For example someone playing on EPIC could bomb a Xbox user?

As long as you have access to a certain website that logs IPs, you can kick Xbox, Playstation or anyone on GTA Online lmao
For more technical things, idk. It's possible to run an IP sniffer but much more intensive. You'd actually need knowledge on how to do that.

You seem to post about it a lot, but inferred in the post above that you have not mentioned it to your isp.
If people are DDoSing you with free reign and you don't do anything, they'll continue to have free reign.

It doesn't happen a lot but it is something I'm concerned about.
I'm usually pretty good at dodging and there's a lot of players on Crossplay. Like I said, it used to happen a lot more when there wasn't cross play and MMR was stricter.

I know sometimes (this may not be your case) if someone DCs, it also affects another person in the game. Most times I just assume I get DDoSed when disconnected from the game, but I've also noticed me DCing also caused others to DC. I don't know if it's just bad netcode or not or just convenience. Same with others that DC, sometimes it affects me too as I assume I just get booted offline as well.
