Can't walk up stairs on Disturbed Ward

PC.
When holding a hatchet up as huntress in a public match, I couldn't walk up the stairs to the main building. Could do it without holding the hatchet. Lost the chase. Staircase was the front of main, leading into the long pallet loop.

I noticed you can go up that stairs sometimes one time, but then never again. Happened to me as killer and survivor. And only the left side was impossible to go up (staying outside facing the entry)

I encountered the same issue, there's invisible collision on the left side.
