Cenobyte Y axis stuck after power use

Most of the time, after I used my power, I got the Y axis stuck.
Apparently several alt-tabs ended up fixing it (or just time?) However one or two power uses later, it's stuck again.
Here is a video displaying the issue.
Right after the hit at 00:14 I'm moving the mouse all around and the camera is sticking the horizontal line.
Happened in this one match. I've not tried again since.

Yeah it's been like that since the Winter update. Same here on Xbox Series S.

Honestly usually once or twice a game as him. And I think I did see another on the newest reports page!
