Killer add ons need to be nerfed and some perks..
I have a med kit that lasts 25% of a gen and a killer can use their perk for the whole game. I dodge a killers special attack, no worries, they can use it again in a few seconds. Killer swings and misses... no worries because they are so fast and our scratch marks stay so long that they can find us unless executed perfectly. The knight was getting beat fairly... let's buff him and make his special attack guard fast and because he uses his special attack he now gets a speed boost so he can catch up. What a stupid game

maybe you'd have better luck if you were repairing the gen and not trying to bandage its injuries

There are four of you.

maybe DBD is not for you maybe try candy crush

Med kits can last the whole game if you bring a beefy enough one and use it well, or, y'know, you can just bring Self Care or Circle of Healing, that lasts the whole game too. Your perks last the whole game just the same as the killer's, except your side has 16 and the killer has 4. Do you really think every killer perk should shut off after the first gen just because your medkit ran out?
Yes, killers have short cooldowns on special attacks, because M1 killers are not good.
If you're having trouble with scratchmarks, bring Lightweight or Fixated or even Lucky Break which will completely remove your scratch marks while injured.
The Knight was bad. He probably still is bad. They buffed his ability to make long patrol paths, none of the buffs do anything unless he's making a patrol path of 10+ meters. If he's doing that, the speed buff isn't a boon he's getting, it just makes up for the lost time he spent setting up a patrol instead of just dropping the guard on a loop and calling it a day.
Skill issue.

“You can just bring self care” LMAO

The problem is that for the killers, content is released every 3 months, and when did new items for the survivors be added?
3000 years ago?

Yep, if your complaint is "omg I run out of medkit in 1/4 of a gen", you probably need a healing perk, or a better medkit, or the very basics of game knowledge.
4 -
Medkits are the strongest items in the game btw
10 -
Correct, they are. Killers struggle because of Survivor healing. in all fairness, Circle Healing when used right, is prob the strongest survivor perk in the game. FREE medkits.
It comes down to skill, and over time you will get better. You will know when to heal, when to use a medkit. Worst thing you can do is use it Immediately. Take a minute, see if you can find a friend. I only use one when a save is needed, or situation as a whole "big picture" is getting sticky.

I play circle because in solo it's a nightmare to find someone to heal and i only wanna play with beamers

lol clearly has never played killer ever
2 -
Clearly you are totally entitled and you actually never played anything but killer. From all the posts in this forum it's pretty clear how salty you are.
OP is obviously new to the game considering things he is complaining about. At the beginning of the game, killers are indeed OP and there's very little survivors can do (strictly speaking of this beginner MMR). Camping hook comes naturally. Knowing how to rescue against that (or not being afraid to even come close to killer) is something that does not come naturally. Being efficient on a gen and getting at least good skill checks is also not easy for brand new players. The result is, that any killer but nurse (because of base speed) is OP against such survivors. A comment that would actually be helpful (that's the reason why you are in this forum right?) would actually point to other ways how to heal - self care and boons being prime examples, inner healing and pharmacy being surrogate once or telling the person to take aura perk (like bond) would give something to the discussion. Instead you decided to be snarky. Not cool at all

Add ons is what I meant but some perks as well. But yes, once people learn when to use the knight a survivor is 100% going to take a hit and if hurt they are going down. Send the guard one way and meet the survivor the other because of the now speed boost that the Knight has.
0 -
They're will be zero looping without taking a hit once people get good with the Knight. Unless you get lucky. Send the guard and then catch up with the Knights boost of speed and meet the survivor head on.

You don't seem to really understand how the speed boost works. Then again, I just noticed your username is literally "killeriseasy" and you only seem to play survivor, so I don't think what you have to say really matters, sorry.
4 -
It is then worth doing so that the closer the creation of the guardian, the longer the recovery

You're obviously new at the game. Keep playing it and you'll get better and realize that a team of good survivors is way more overpowered than a good killer. But it sounds like you haven't figured out the optimal times to use a medkit or how to use perks. BTW, if you prestige every survivor before focusing on one, all shareable perks become available for every survivor. It's a grind and it takes time, but it's worth it when you have a slate of special perks to choose from and mix and match. Bottom line, get better... and play a bit of killer so that you can realize the game isn't as imbalanced towards them as you think it is. Sounds like you'd get stomped as a killer.

61% kill rate. This statement is outdated. Killer IS easier. But not super easy or autowin.
0 -
He wanted something to heal himself the whole game and he got something to heal himself the whole game.
0 -
should I start explaining why 60% of kills means very little, or will you think more than 5 seconds and understand for yourself?
1 -
It means actual outcome. It means that from at least MMR's point of view, you are on average winning in 3 out of 5 games on average (disregarding draws which are rare anyways). The fact that the game has MMR which should just place those players against way stronger survivors - but killers still having way more then 50% kill rate just means the game is quite heavily in killer's favor.
Considering draws exists - this stats means that killers on average win more often or harder then survivors. Or it means that they at least loose much less then survivors (yes there's a draw for a killer if he gets 2K).

okay, if according to your 2.2 (taking into account the bad players of survivors, camp and tunneling) means that the game is on the side of the killer, then nothing will help here
(even if we had the statistics that the killer only wins every 5 rounds without camping and tunneling, even then it would mean that the game is not much on the side of the killer)
have a nice day, I advise you to read a book on mathematics

Obviously, the greater challenge should be on the side of the survivors... it's a horror game. Killers are supposed to be dangerous, escape should be difficult. What do you expect?! The title of the game is 'DEAD by Daylight', not 'ALIVE by Daylight'. Death is the constant threat?! There are 4 survivors vs. 1 killer. A 61% kill rate means that, for the most part 1 to 2 survivors escape each match on average. At least 2 die. What do you expect, seriously, that everyone should escape the killer on every game or that the kill rate should be even less? The game would totally suck if there was no real threat. I don't understand why anyone complains about imbalance. And I've been playing way more solo survivor in the last 3 weeks than killer. I "like" the odds stacked against me. That's the whole friggin' point!!! If I escape, it's a reward. There's be no reward if they watered it down for people like the OP.

The game should be balanced. It's PvP. Not PvE. 50% kill rate. Not less, not more
1 -
Well, I'm glad that Behavior isn't going to pay attention to you because they know as well as I do, making the changes you suggest would make the game boring for both survivors who want a proper challenge (which has already been somewhat diminished with the HUD) and for killers who won't ever be able to win a match because survivors will have the HUD and overpowered gear. They would literally kill their own game. Even for SWF, part of their fun is to totally dominate and outsmart killers... but if they're equipped with gear that doesn't require outsmarting them, what would be the point?
I guess, in the end, you've made the points for me and Behavior. Thank goodness they aren't going to listen to you. Comes down to this, get better. If you can't, maybe play something else?

please read math books
1 -
if the knight is making a path long enough to get his barely noticeable speedboost, you leave the loop. you can see when and where hes placing a guard, its not hard
1 -
its called asymetrical for a reason-the game isnt meant to be fair and easy for survivor.
3 -
it's not meant to be easy on any one side. Killers should not get their kills handed to them on gold platter either. They should earn them.
I am pretty sure I read more math books then you sir.
we will see. If the trend with survivor-incentives most of the time continues, then I guess you are up for a surprise
0 -
Yes. I want exactly that. For this specific reason I want fair distribution. 50% escape rate. Not less, not more. Otherwise the chances are stacked against one role (whoever is below 50% is in disadvantage). Best case scenario, make the number close to 50% for every "elo" and across all killers.
0 -
I know what you mean. But the idea is biased. You say ~60% is fair, because that way both roles have ~40% chance to "win". It does not take into account chance to loose. The game should take into account, that loosing feels worse then drawing. 2K for killer means he did good, but he didn't get them all. A tie. Fair result. For survivors half of them escaped, but died (and in next game it could be the other way around so in 2 games each survivor wins one and looses one, but killer draws both of them). This is fair. What you propose is to match wins (in my example you would count it the same as if killer lost both of them, because draw is not a win) and forget about looses and draws. This I consider unfair. Especially because mind tends to remember bad experiences stronger (I am pretty sure you can name that one game that felt so horrible with much more detail than that game you rolled the other team).

No point in talking to biased and illogical people like that Gandor person ^
Their minds are made up long before you even engage with them, its just talking to a brick wall

It is necessary to make it so that if you are sitting in the closet, then you would have the opportunity to replenish charges on your tools, first-aid kits, flashlights, or make it so that there will be tables on the map where you can replenish charges, but they have a cooldown of around 2 minutes.

It boggles my mind how much I see people complain (both survivor and killer mains) in this forum because they're finding the game too hard. The challenge is what makes it fun and rewarding. Please stop trying to water everything down and just get better at the game. Accept your losses and celebrate your victories. If you lose, you lost to someone better than you. Leave it alone.
1 -
killers do earn their kills, its not like they can just immediately kill you if they find you. they have to have skill with their power and in chase
1 -
Being camped and tunneled to death does not make it fun or rewarding. Casual everyday experience. It does not even feel like you lost to somebody better. And considering the stats it never will - so long as kill rate will be above 50%. It will always be about you lost because the game is stacked against you. I even provided nice example explaining it for which I was called "biased".
Sure they don't. Most of my killer games (and I do play killer too. People want to win sometimes too) end up in 3K or more - or at least I don't loose (2k). I even don't play stronger addons then yellow most of my games and don't camp or tunnel and still win most of the times. Killer is significantly easier then survivor. And it will be that way until devs actually balance the game towards fair 50%.
0 -
what killer do you play? rarity of addons doesnt mean #########, ghostfaces best are brown
0 -
Sure there are exceptions. Sure one of my killers is exception (twins and toy sword - and I do play that addon), but I play around 20 killers (wesker, spirit and twins a lot at this time) and on average rarity does matter.
0 -
I completely agree that killers can win without tunneling and camping
