The knight rework suggestion (it is really easy to make)

I hope one of the dbd devs will see this message.

Hi there!!!

Since the knight should be a strategic killer in concept, but in fact he turned out to be a boring pallet looper, I decided to create a small rework that might make the gameplay on this killer more interesting, but also won't affect for the most part what is now.

The basic mechanics of creating patrols will remain the same, but now a patrol can be of any length and last indefinitely. The knight, by clicking the right mouse button, creates a path, the guard who appears (for example, the carnifex) goes to the beginning of the path and back, but now the knight will not be able to use the ability again during the patrol. As soon as the guard finds a survivor, the chase begins, and after the chase ends, the knight can create a patrol for the next guard. When the last guard (for example, the jailer) finishes the patrol in the cycle, after a few seconds the first guard (carnifex) appears, who repeats the patrol that the knight created for the first time, and so on in a circle. The knight can cancel the current patrol path by pressing CTRL, while the guardian will still continue the patrol until he finds a survivor and finishes the chase. When the turn comes to this guardian again, the knight will have to create a new path for him. To immediately change the current guard in the patrol, the knight can hit him with the left mouse button.

Since now it will be unprofitable for the knight to make short patrols with such changes, and accordingly he will remain without an advantage in the chase (like a trapper without traps), we can add another ability for him. If the knight presses the right mouse button on the survivor (at the same time, a guard must patrol the territory at the moment, and he shouldn’t chase a survivor), the current guard immediately begins chasing this survivor, and after his disappearance, this ability can be applied again in 30-60 seconds.

With these changes, the knight will become a more strategic killer (which he should be), but he will still be able to use the guards to chase the right survivor.

As a result:

The duration and length of patrols are now limitless.

Now the patrol paths are saved for each guard, so that the knight does not need to spend them each time in a new way.

A new ability that resets the path of the current patrol (CTRL).

A new ability that instantly marks a survivor for a guard (Right mouse button + patrolling guardian)

This knight power concept does not particularly affect the current mechanics, however, it will require balance, changes and new addons.

Additions: You can make the guards disappear when they reach the end of the patrol, and then when their turn comes (after the cycle of guards), they appear at the end of the patrol, and go to the beginning, after which they disappear again. Thus, the knight will be able to immediately make a patrol for each guard almost from the beginning of the game, without waiting until one of them finds a survivor, + patrols will become more unpredictable for survivors, since the patrol change will be done automatically. For example, a knight creates a path for carnifex, it goes to the end of the patrol and disappears, after which the knight makes patrols for assassin and jailer, and after the jailer disappears, carnifex will automatically appear, which will go to the beginning of its patrol and so on.
