Wesker perk updates
Wesker is one of the strongest and most popular killers in the whole game. While his basekit and powers are great his perks aren’t. There not bad or godawful they just need some tuning to be better. Here’s my version of Weskers perks.
Superior Anatomy
Your vaulting speed is increased by 40%. This perk has a 40/35/30 second cooldown.
Awakened Awareness
When carrying a survivor, you can see the aura of other survivors within 20 meters of your position. Auras revealed that way stay visible for 1/1.5/2 seconds after you stop carrying the survivor.
Terminus
Each time a generator is fully repaired, injured, dying and hooked survivors are inflicted with broken for 30 seconds. When exit gates are powered, injured, dying and hooked survivors are inflicted with broken until the exit gates are open.
When the exit gates are open, survivors will stay broken for a additional 40/50/60 seconds.
Change log
Superior anatomy=removed survivors vaulting within 8 meters activation requirement, made it 40% across all tiers and made the cooldown 40/35/30 seconds.
Awakened awareness=brought back the aura linger since nurse can’t abuse it anymore, made it 20 meters across all tiers and made the aura linger for 1/1.5.2 seconds.
Terminus=Now activates when gens get done like bitter murmur, increased the broken effect when gates are open to 40/50/60 seconds.

I would argue that you actually want there to be a range limit on Superior Anatomy. Larger than 8 meters, but if there is no range limit then a survivor vaulting on the other side of the map could accidentally trigger your cooldown when you don't want it. Alternatively, it could screw a survivor over who is in a chase and doesn't even vault a window but someone on the other side of the map triggers it and the killer gets an unfair window vault. 16 to 20 meters should be fair. I would even be good with a shorter cool down like 20 to 25 seconds.
I don't know about the Terminus change. It is clearly intended to be a late game perk. Changing it so it is effective throughout the game could be problematic. It would really be unfair to survivors who are healing and are at 90% healed when a gen pops only to have broken for 30 seconds. Why should they be punished for something that they didn't do wrong?
I think Awakened Awareness is fine as is, but I don't really see a problem with your change either.

Thats not how superior anatomy functions? I made it so where the perk is active at all times. Survivors vaulting won’t give the perk a cooldown. Here’s the scenario, the game begins I find a survivor I vault a window it’s 40% faster then it goes on cooldown. That’s how it works. I removed the activation so you are faster at chases and it doesn’t feel gimmicky.

weskers kit is incredibly easy to abuse, just make him hole himself against a window and your golden.

What do you think about the perk buffs? This wasn’t about wesker himself?

They all look like decent and fair changes to me, I like.

too weak.
Superior anatomy still has a cooldown. remove cooldown.
awaken awareness has too little radius. increase radius to 28 meters.
terminas is a weak version of noed with extra steps. maybe add 4% extra haste to the perk as long as gates are not opened and 30 second after.
I would not run any of these perks even if they were buffed.
