This new chapter is overall AWFUL
1 the changes that they did to the maps were AWFUL. It's literally impossible to use your power since devs not only added a lot of trees (rip also killers like blight, wesker, billy and oni that rely on a clear sight and need to calculate the object hitboxes in order to not get stucked into them), but they also improved the loops by adding more bushes with huge hitboxes and increase the height of said loops, making them projectile proof (I challenge you to use a ranged killer in the red forest now...)
2 perks are mediocre for both sides (only exception is bloodrush and even in this case it's situational and only coordinated SWF will get the maximum effect from it)
3 the new killer is AWFULLY bad, both aesthetically and gameplay wise (perhaps the worst killer of the entire game actually speaking since she's a pure m1 killer: she has no antiloop potential, no mobility and has a VERY limited instadown potential that depend if the survivors are enough dumb to stay in a loop guarded by a drone, which it can be disabled)

Let me add that looks like house have invisible walls so you cant jump with demo or billy.

Weird hitboxes?

You're right about that. They do that everywhere now. I reckon it's because Skybilly could be a thing still.

Big agree on the map changes. Way too much random clutter. Not sure how much hope there is in this regard because it has been a consistent feedback from players with maps for a while and the new map team keeps cranking out maps with way too much random clutter. I find myself saying "Oh I guess I don't have a power this game" more and more these days. It's great that the map looks cool the first time I load into it. But then I have to actually play on it for the rest of my DbD "career" and I no longer care how it looks.
The killer is weak and really annoying to play against. Great at making games last forever and not much else. Stop designing killers around area control. Stop. Please. We're begging you.

Hard disagree on the Map changes, finally there are maps in which you can actually sneak and hide as a Killer. This is a huge bonus.
Not every map is for every Killer and that is alright. Some do better on indoor maps and others not. Perfectly fine.

compare the maps for how they were previously... their "souls" were changed (funny how the huntress map became the best map for countering her uh?). Stealth killers you say? A pity that people can still hide from you with due to certain perks that will gave them informations about your position (it's situational, true, but nevertheless is a valid counterpoint)

The new map actually has an infinite loop, it's on the bottom level of the killer's camp. There's a window connected to a very long L structure which is extremely safe for survivors to abuse. It's absolutely disgusting. No0b3 has actually shown it off in his Skull Merchant video.
