Garden of Joy Pinhead glitch

So, I was just playing in my swf on garden of joy, and the killer was a pinhead. We were doing gens and everything like normal, unhooking each other, doing the boxes, when suddenly, the pinhead box spawned on top of a bush? Nobody was able to get it, not even a healthy adam, making the rest of the game unplayable. This really made my friends unhappy because it was impossible to loop, do gens, or anything. This really ruins the game and I would appreciate a response please! Tysm for reading.
