A addition/new mending system

For everyone who is going to read this I’m writing a multi part forum of different ideas that may or may not be suitable with dead by daylight, some of my forum will connect with one another so check each one I have posted.

- Mending Rework

When a killer puts a mending affect on a survivor this as well puts them in an injured state. Instead the mending effect being only applied when injured it can be applied when a survivor is healthy as well with the survivor then running out of time are put in the injured state. This makes killer like legion or death slinger more difficult to injured a survivor and downing them very quickly. I’ll mention some killers with these effect in the killer rework for more examples and go into depth more.

To mend, you must be in a "Deep Wound", so how can you be in a "Deep Wound" when healthy?

I don’t really look into the realistic part of DBD but you got a good point there! I’m just mostly suggesting making another stage of “deep wound” making it more difficult for killers to down you while trying to mend.

Making the game harder for killers such as Legion and Death slinger, who are among the weaker killers, does not sound like a good priority to have. How about, before nerfing already weak killers, the devs first make it so there is not such as high discrepancy between solo survivors and SWFs? Nowadays, the main issue and crisis is not that the game is too survivor-sided or killer-sided, but that it is SWF-sided.

Of course, the game is indeed survivor-sided, but the devs should just re-design the loops and sizes of some certain maps in order to make the roles (survivor/killer) balanced. However, this re-design of maps sizes and loops will still obviously not fix the solo-to-SWF power discrepancy, the solutions for that issue are much more difficult to obtain
