Hex: Sixth Generator

You anticipate problems and proactively solve them.

When five generators have been completed, and a dull totem is available, this Hex activates:

  • The Exit Gates are not powered until this totem is cleansed.

    This is literally just asking for killers to hold the game hostage for an hour.

    It's "Cleanse all totems or be in eternal game"

    I thought it would be something like "When five generators have been completed, a random generator goes back down to 0%"

    There's little a group of survivors do if a killer decides to camp a dull totem the entire game and camp the lit up hex in the end game. It takes 14 seconds to cleanse a dull and being hit interrupts the cleanse. A killer's attack CD is much smaller than the time to cleanse.

    Not to mention you can just play a killer like Doctor who can just keep shocking the survivor on the totem ignoring any attempts to body block if the killer get unlucky and the survivors finds the hex first.

    The perk as suggested is asking for hostage games which is something the devs don't want. Plus we already have a similiar perk in No Way Out that blocks the exit gates for up to 1 minute based on the amount of different hooks the killer got.
