META SHAKE???
There should be some meta shake every 3 months at least and small patch per 2 weeks ( not only map changes but also perk nerfs and buffs )
What about these ?
SYSTEM CHANGES:
Killer can choose between breaking or snuffing out boon totems. ( Breaking applies Pentimento as a really good perk to counter boons )
Boons range is increased from 24 meters to 32 meters. Each rebless takes 2 seconds longer.
Boons are louder and can be heard from additional 4 meters.
CIRCLE OF HEALING:
Removed ability to self heal. Boon now increases Altruistic healing speed by 20/25/30%. It should grant less healing speed because of increased range.
SHADOWSTEP
Effect works after 4/3/2 seconds of entering the area. Effect no longer last for additional time after leaving.
HEX: SHATTERED HOPE
Snuffing out boon totem turns it into a Hex: Shattered Hope. All survivors within 28/30/32 meters of this totem suffer from Oblivious and Blindness status effects. Additionaly blesser's aura is revealed to you until this totem is destroyed or reblessed. Perk doesn't work only once.
SCOURGE: FURITIVE CHASE
Hooking different survivor on special hook grants a stack ( up to 4). Each stack reduces your terror radius by 4 meters. Collecting 4 stacks reduces killer's sounds by 33%. When you have 4 stacks, after hooking survivor on Scourge Hook you, gain Undetectable status effect for 5/10/15 seconds.
THIS IS NOT HAPPENING
For each injured or dead survivor you gain 4% additional healing, braking totems, speed. When at least 2 survivors are injured, dying, hooked or dead your walking or running sounds are 11/13/15% more silent. When all survivors are dead, gain additionaly 2% Haste.
DEAD HARD:
Works as before but dash range is decreased by about 15 or 20% and survivor is able to get damage while dashing. This will grant some distance but no longer grant ability to dodge the attack.
UP THE ANTE
Searching chest speed is increased by 25%. Item that you recieved has 5/10/15% more charges. Decreases chance to get a common item from the chest by 1/3/5%.
POP GOES THE WEASEL
Kicking generator applies Pop Goes The Weasel debuff on this gen for 30/60/90 seconds. During this time Great Skill Check zone is 10% smaller. Hitting Good Skill Check by survivor while perk is active regress gen total progress by 1/2/3%. Hitting Great Skill Check deactivates debuff. Missing Skill Check while debuff is active removes additionaly 3% of current progress. THIS DEBUFF CAN BE APPLIED ONLY BY KICKING GEN BY YOUR OWN HAND ( not to make this perk too overwhelmingly opressive on The Knight )

Also CoB no longer regresses gen, only information is given when survivors don't get great skillcheck.
Overcharge starts from 25% instead of 75% and goes up to 200%.
STBFL has max of 4 stacks
Jolt - reduce distance to 4m
Lethal pursuer - remove showing survivors at the start of the trial
ProofThyself - 30% speed boost per survivor
Hangman's trick - hook sabotages take additional 0.5s

Yeah CoB should not give the info when survivor hit a Good Skillcheck. Maybe Overcharge should start from 50% instead. I mean mainly only CoH is good and other boons are trash. I wanted to make them more worthy by increasing range...
It seems like you are crybaby and hate going against the Nurse so you want to remove Lethat Pursuer....

And yet I don't mind nurse that much (in a game where SM and knight exist) and I haven't used DH for more then my last 1000 hrs odlf gameplay (meaning last DH I used still had dash forward).
The point was your meta shakeup is not meta shakeup, but huge killer buff. Ignoring the fact killer is already winning role
