Deja Vu
While I would love to create a post about the amazing perk, Deja Vu, this is sadly not what this actually is. Sorry
People who have been playing DBD for years pretty much have an idea of how the games will go from here because we've been here before.
Remember prior to CoH during the last big healing healing nerf/Sloppy Butcher buff (i forget if these happened simultaneously but in my head, they did) and survivors decided "well fuck it, if healing is going to be that much of a pain, we'll just stack "second chance" perks, resilience, and bring toolboxes because what else can you do?"
Yeah, we're pretty much back there, except Dead Hard actually sucks now (I never used it so I don't care), DS is still dead, Mettle of Man which used to be a little busted is also dead and there's pretty much less 2nd chance perks to make up for the lack of healing. Either way, I feel like toolboxes are pretty much going to be in every match and people are just going to rush gens and it's going to be boring af but those are just my thoughts

Every time I turn the game on I usually see folks trying to toolbox me to death so nothing has changed really.

Trust me, it used to be worse. If you think Prove thyself and resilience are popular now, they were pretty much standard back then with DH, adrenaline, or something else to help in end game

I am aware as I was there.
I've had the dubious honor of playing this game since 2016. I remember when games used to be legit unwinnable and hooks were even more sparse and could be broken forever. I remember when we couldn't kick gens.
