Please Make It So When A Killer Is Holding a Survivor They Can Drop Them Into Hatch

Alright hear me out. I'm a killer main who likes to give the last survivor hatch. the only problem is when I'm trying to rank up from iri 4 to iri 1 I'm always worried that If I give the last survivor I may not pip/ double pip so I'm proposing the following changes:

When a killer is holding a survivor and is over the hatch they can press the drop key (or any other key that it is bound too) to drop the survivor into hatch.

If the killer where to drop the survivor hatch it would not penalize the killer in anyway, (as in it would still give you points for your devout emblem) with the added bonus of giving the survivor a escape. (and hopefully not flamed in the end game chat for playing {insert killer here}. )

and Mabey; for the ____ and giggles, it could change the merciless to merciful killer in the end game stats screen.

anyway that just about sums up the change that I'm proposing. I would love to hear why this is a fantastic/terrible change in the comments (this is my first post so I hope there is comments)

sorry for any bad grammar; spelling is definitely not my strong suit.

Edit : I just realized that its April fools on the day I am posting this. and I must confirm that this is not a April fools suggestion.

Its a fun and silly idea but it somewhat defeats the point of benevolence if you personally get rewarded for it. At that point, you're basically doing it for yourself. For me, It's more impactful and appreciative when a killer does it at their own detriment, cause it proves they don't give a toss about about the 4k or anything else, they're just having fun. No real stakes or reason not to let the last survivor go either, it becomes fruitless and I think you'd get even more survivors that would be angry if a killer didn't let them have the hatch because you would for sure get plenty of killers that would deny it still. "Come on! It doesn't have any negative to your score!" flame ect.

you make some very good points that I didn't think of. at the bare minimum I would still like the ability to drop survivors into the hatch even if it does still screw me over.

I can just imagine the killer just launching the survivor into the hatch, head first as they scream into the abyss. Funny idea 🤣
