Thanatophobia Rework Suggestion
Thanatophobia right now is pretty much unusable to all killers except for Legion and Plague but even on them it requires other perks/add-ons that it needs to rely on like Legion Pin, Defaced Smiley Pin, and Sloppy Butcher, just to get the most out of it but even with those it can be countered with just 1 person in the healthy state causing the 20% action De-buff to become a 6% De-buff so the only way to use it efficiently is to constantly damage them or give them the broken De-buff.
Thanatophobia Change Idea:
-When a survivor is injured they give all other survivors a 2.5% Action Speed De-buff
-Every injured survivor will receive 5% De-buff instead of a 2.5% Action Speed De-buff
Example:
-1 injured survivor receives a 5% De-buff while the 3 healthy survivors get a 2.5% De-buff
-2 injured survivors will both receive a 10% De-buff while the 2 healthy survivors get a 5% De-buff
-3 injured survivors will all get a 15% De-buff while the healthy survivor gets a 7.5% De-buff
-If all 4 survivors are injured they all get a 20% Action Speed De-buff
This change is to reward the survivors who decide to heal and reward their teammates for doing it, while also punishing the ones who decide not to heal and just slow down other survivors who are both injured and healthy. This is to encourage survivors to heal and not just rush gens. Although this is technically a Nerf to the 4.3.0 Thanatophobia this would be a nice change to both Survivor and Killer.

thanataphobia should be stronger as it is a perk that encourages active play

the perk is pretty much bad on every killer. I kinda wish that they added back -4% healing debuff on all survivors. at least the perk would have a niche in anti-heal builds.

What if it gave a bonus 5% healing debuff only if everyone is injured to reward the killer for getting everyone injured and punish the survivors for not healing?

Problem with thana is, that it's already too good on plague and arguably on legion. Outright buffing the perk would (again) make it broken OP on those 2.
The only thing that can be reasonably done is to pull away some power for all 4 injured and give it to situations where 1-3 survivors are injured.
Also the perk is getting indirect buff next patch as healing will be a lot more complicated.

Thana is kind of good on both of them but currently it heavily relies on what Perks/Add-ons they bring, it takes 1 healthy survivor to make it almost useless, curing yourself fully heals you, and when playing as both killers the survivors are most likely separating making it harder to get everyone injured to get the extra 12% debuff.

I know. I play both sides. And specifically also legion and plague. My first post stands - thana can be buffed for 1-3 stacks if it gets nerf for 4stack...
