A Self Mori Perk, Available after 2 hookstates and a delay to deter slugging.

Hello,

So as it sounds,

Just as a killers Mori would work,

This would take a perk slot, and be way for solo players, streamers, new players, etc,

To have less... poor experiences in being slugged for long periods of time and waiting for someone to try and get their 4 K. ( Or other poor behavior issues. )

It would consist of, a Perk slot, only being available after 2 hook states, getting downed, and then a short delay,

Something to the effect of 10-30 secs ( with high levels allowing it to be used sooner perhaps? ) this also

lets a killer have enough time to use their own mori, be blinded, hit someone trying to sabotage a hook etc.

Another feature is to let this give blood points to the survivor while letting them move to the next match faster.

( possible to also have this be a actual offering)

I don't see why that should have to be a perk. If survivors want to kill themselves on the ground, then they should be able to. There's no reason for someone to have to waste a perk slot on that.

I've been saying that this feature should be added for a while, but it should be basekit and not require a perk slot. It should just be a built-in "press ___ to die" prompt when you're slugged and on death hook. Dying this way can also give the final survivor a chance by spawning hatch without eating a penalty, since so many killers abuse slugging to bypass the hatch mechanic. And that's fun for literally none of the survivors involved.
