you did it, BHVR! you made the game less killer-sided!
With this new auto-aim bug, I can't hit a survivor standing still right in front of me 90% of the time!
Good job, guys!

There... isn't an auto aim bug?
Maybe... just get good?
I main killer and never have this issue...

On console, it really isn't though
It's always been that way, however. Though the other night it felt particularly bad, so maybe there's something to it

I've put hours in on PS4/PS5 and PC (mostly on console), and killer is definitely handicapped on console when compared to PC. Aim dressing is waaaay more obtrusive on console, and getting FOV'd is definitely more of an issue, for reasons other than skill. That has always been true.
Any new bug is just gonna compound that.

The auto aim is definitely bugged. I had a killer who couldn't hit me multiple times even though on my screen, he's hitting me with his weapon but somehow the game isn't registering the hit.

Try to remember not everyone plays on PC. Skill issue has lost all meaning these days. Should of went with your gut and not said it.

Ok I get that, but if some one is missing the large majority of their swings thats largely on them.

It's not a bug, it's a feature. Literally.

Not really done has broken with aim dressing after patch. I have had more times it would move my aim away from Survivors because it thinks they are turning when they are not.
Yes missing more than your hitting is more player error but something is off with the dressing more than usual

When the bug happens, do you know if the game forces you to short M1 tap, or are you able to do full swings? Because there's currently a short M1 tap bug, that can steal hits, if you try to lunge while near a survivor.....

My dear sweet brothers in The Entity, if it's a skill issue then I've somehow suddenly gotten WAY worse at killer overnight, while simultaneously getting WAY better at survivor at the same time.
Also this is on PC; it's not just a console issue (although maybe it's a gamepad issue since I'm the rare player who plays on PC with gamepad?)

I personally havent experienced anything different when it comes to the aim dressing
Even back when I first got my switch I tried out DbD on it and despite the bad frames and the supposedly harsher aim dressing, I didnt really notice much of a difference. (That being said I didnt have that big of a sample size)

90% I’m sure it was an extreme exaggeration but there is an issue right now and it’s magnified on Console. It is nowhere near 90% like I said, but one missed swing from this auto aim can add who knows how much to a chase could be the difference of someone making a pallet or not costing the killer very valuable time.
losing a match due to skill or your own mistakes. That’s OK can suck but it’s OK losing a match because of a bug or feature. No one asked for stings a bit.

I have noticed it more when the Survivor I'm chasing has similar colors as the objects around them like Kate with bright yellows or oranges on a farm map. I notice my aim drags more towards hay bails.
Like I said if it's more than like 70% misses then it's definitely a skill issue
