should all Exhausting perks be like DHs condition?

it would be interesting to see if all exhausting perks were only activated after you were hooked, but of course you would have to buff some of them otherwise they would just be dead, for example do a head on stun for 5 seconds, Balanced gives you 5sec speed boost etc. (attention: only one example)

I do believe they should have some sort of requirement but not the same as DH. People underestimate just how powerful running faster than a killers base movement speed is, even for a couple seconds.

And before the "well if you nerf exhaustion killers like blight and nurse" well that's also a stepping stone to make them more balanced. You can't just nerf one thing and leave the other untouched.

Im a main survivor who just doesnt hold on to things that may be outdated and tries to analyze them :))

However, you could also increase the exhausting time i claim that the 40sec are unbalanced, i promise you if bhvr would release the perks today, they will have 120sec cooldown-exhausting (look at the perks hot the mot cooldown will be done) its possible that bhvr should think about it and balance it to myb 70sec? 80sec? 90sec? Exhausting

and guys guys calm down, you react too emotionally to the matter... I like to use exhausting perks myself and like to play the best of the best, but I asked myself "why can't DH be a meta but all the other exhausting perks can?" somehow double standards , and you can clearly see that the actual problem is not DH (of course it was annoying but the main problem lies elsewhere) in general the exhausting perks are outdated and should be changed as I said before about the medkit, I say the same about toolboxes (they should only be for sabo action

I mean, when I say "Blights addons should be changed, no! even deleted, like T-Stone pease is unfun for the poor players, like onehit finger from clown etc..." then people applaud me but don't say anything about them beloved exhausting perks...I know where you're talking about and I'm sure bhvr will do something else (like with the medkits) like the toolboxes or BNP, but I know my dear dbd community, you'll understand what i mean in the near future :DD

hehe calm down or not I actually don't care xD because like many things in dbd they are also outdated :)) i'm 99% sure something will happen but the question is how long bhvr it takes to notice :D example only because bhvr doesn't change anything on the Blight addons for years and says "eyrie is survivor sided" at the same time there exist Shattered and Garden of pain, no that's not enough they really managed to make Gas heaven and Blood Loude worse (also survivor sided ) alone Red Forest how can you rework the map but leave it so big? leave a window in the main that is absolutely broken in the game? xD just because bhvr looks at some stats and then doesn't change anything on the maps is everything okay and they're fine? of course not! there is a lot that is absolutely broken in dbd

and damn it's not a main killer talking here to you xD i'm a main survivor with over 9k hrs in this game if you want to be exact devotion 43, with years of experience, i'm the survivor who can sue these things to the bitter end and still I don't want something like that to stay in the game because it's unfair!

Should all regression perks work like Pain Resonance ?

  • DudelPuma

If bhvr doesn't want players to fall back on gen regresstion perks (not go meta) then the answer is a resounding YES! because of course: no 5 gens on = win, what do you do? right logically full gen regresstion, I also have to say Pain res is a bad compare because you chose it xD it is still used so much that I even fear that bhvr makes the 25% as with pop (the current progress) meaning another nerf hehe

but you have to be careful! without, corrupt, dead lock etc, it would be bad for the current gen speed, you would have to keep increasing it, but then we're going in circles, do you know how the relationship between the imf and soloq is? as if bhvr would bring in the planned 24sec heal, nice and cool for the killers but Nurse, Blight, Spirit would be absolutely broken with it, only doing it with solo q is ok (see the past) if you do this it will slow down swf a bit and the swf will die from it (I'm speaking here really no gen regresstion perks 120sec for gens) ATTENTION! these are numbers that i just say, doesn't mean that they were considered after a long study are hehe

Idk I don't really care either way. Survivors are fully capable of running most killers just fine even perkless so I don't see why this would change too much except with sprint burst. Maybe do it but change the speed boosts to like 4 seconds

Well they want a murder simulator. But what’s weird is that they aren’t just playing custom matches with bots whom they can select perks for. It’s like these killer mains want a murder simulator but against real people.

Naw they should have some condition but not dhs dhs is honestly really dumb

That would just kill all exhaustion perks.

How would perks like sprint even work?

This would heavily boost kill rates and would result in either massive killer nerfs(remove bloodlust, remove the speed on hit nerf, nerf strong killers) or would force them to create some new type of exhaustion perk free of this restriction.

Granted I think exhaustion perks are overused (not that they are OP) but this isn't the way to do it. I'd rather change some game fundamentals to make these feel less necessary to survivors.

Effective way to delete half of the survivor playerbase.

Yeah, only having 2 Sprint Bursts per game and only after being unhooked sounds great.

Thank that person who said, "Once kill DH, they will be complaining about other exhaustion perks" just a matter of time and he had a far sight and never lied

You just want to stir up controversy and don't care about the consequences of such suggestions

Apart from the gen jockey who we protect we all use DH in our SWF.

As anyone in top level, even with the nerf you just can't beat pressing 'e' for another health state to waste the killers time
