Removing flashlight interactions makes no sense

So let me get this straight, supposedly the reasoning behind removing the bright light interactions was "The majority of Killers do not have any interaction with Survivor items, leading to the ones that do feeling unfairly punished by something beyond their control." This made sense for wraith and hag, sure, but for the rest of them, really? Please tell me exactly what spirit player was out here like "Drat! They got rid of my husk with an item that isn't a medkit or toolbox! I feel so unfairly punished and this definitely impacts more than 1/10000 games!" Or what nurse player was going "Ah damn, this dude is gonna lightburn me if I wanna tunnel this other dude from across the map. Guess I'll have to go after them instead, what a shame."

Not to mention, zombies can still be blinded, nurse can still be prevented from starting a blink while having a flashlight shined on her, spirit can still be blinded out of her phase, legion can still be blinded out of their frenzy, and a couple more. Remove all these and you'll actually be kidding yourselves.

Imo, all of these should be brought back. Wraith's should just only gain lightburn progress while uncloaking and/or take slightly longer because getting lightburned while breaking a pallet was stupid. Hag's should just take longer, like as long as the normal interaction takes now, but also hag is just a mess of a killer now so idek. And the rest of them were literally completely fine.
