My friend got like 1500 of the game currency and the battle pass is max level so he want to know what happen because i does want to get Ban

You mean auric cells to buy the battle pass, right?
if you already reached may level of the (free) pass you can just buy it and get the premium rewards including the auric cells!
edit:nevermind, there was a bug where you got too many rift fragments with the daily login bonus. It should have been fixed I think. Though to be sure you can create a support ticket and explain your situation?
