Give us the info we face a SWF BEFORE LAUNCHING THE TRIAL
SWFs are OP, good SWFs are unbeatable and every trials against them is a pain in the a**.
Why do you force the killers to play against SWFs knowing that we will get a terrible experience ?
SWFs are maximizing everything to get an ez games, the perks they choose just create a huge synergie impossible to deal with unless you are playing a nurse. Moreover they usually are supe toxic.
I personnaly do not want to play against them, the game being unbalanced, i don't understand why i should be forced to play a trial i'm sure to loose 99% of the time.
So either balance your game either leave the choice to the killer.
And yes, i do not care if SWFs do not find any killer and get 1 hour lobby.

I can guarantee you SWF's aren't the main reason why you're losing games and this would change absolutely nothing.
Punishing people who simply want to play with their friends would also kill this game faster than anything else.

Your average SWF isn’t much better than your average solo q team. They also tend to die due to over-altruism.
But no, players do not deserve to be punished because they play with friends. It’s a terrible idea.

As you point out, this would result in lobby dodging, which is a bad thing to be avoided if possible. Some ideas, like showing teammate loadouts for survivor, have enough upsides to make it worth doing despite the increased likelihood of lobby dodging; this one would only achieve lobby dodging and nothing else.
It wouldn't even be a good reason to lobby dodge. Some of my most fun and some of my easiest games have been against SWF, and there's nothing actually stopping solo teams from being really difficult to beat.

Leaving a lobby should be treated as a DC anyway.

Well 4-stack SWFs will literally never be able to play the game if they implemented this.
4 -
Why do people have the impression that SWFs just like to try-hard? There's a good amount of people who play the game casually, and some just meme around.
Just either take the L, or do your best to outplay them.

You haven't versed many cheaters/hackers have you? I will leave every lobby that has a player whose name is just random numbers or has a previous ban on it. Zero interest in being forced to play against bots or with cheaters when you can dodge them. And yes, there have been many of them :)

You say SWFs are maximizing everything for easy games but isn't that what you're doing by selectively avoiding SWF and lobby shopping.

Usually I don't like to lobby dodge, unless I see a particular Survivor or group; that I know are playing in a SWF, have stack meta perks, and definitely used same broken map offering like Cowshed; to what I know from experience was a awfully game to play and simple do not want to play again to repeat.
I get you, nobody likes to play with Survivor with stacked advantages against you; and that it will be unable to win agaisnt that type of group. But I also do not stop playing again every Survivor group and try my best to outplay them or play with a quick different build or strategy and see if it works.
If I can have a "nerf" to SWFs and a buff to soloQ; BP bonus for each member of a SWFs giving to the killer; so that playing agaisnt swf gives you tons of BP for the satisfaction of farming them for as a Killer. And if the lobby is full of solo Survivor, they get extra BP for every solo in the lobby. That way, playing solo is the best way to farm BP for their perks and items; then with SWFs.

Why would any game punish people for playing with their friends? At this point what you need is a break and come back with fresh motivation and mentality to allow you to enjoy the game because this attitude is from somebody that is tired of the game. After all, full 4man playing for money with the strongest loadouts every game are the rarest and smallest demographic of the game, most people play solo or with 1 friend and are casuals, that’s why “top mmr” is capped really low and is flexible (you will meet babies even if on high mmr more often than you think, and games will feel contrasted in difficulty) and I understand you don’t enjoy going against “sweaty comp 4man”, but neither do casual solos, duos and even swfs that just play to mess around and have a chill time going against those Nurses and Blights with 4 slowdowns that need their 4k’s at 3 gens left and will slug everybody until one gets tunnelled out at 5 gens if possible to continue their win streak of +100 4k’s in a row, or those Knights during the old Eruption meta and Skull Merchants that just want to play with themselves in a 3 gen and don’t interact with anybody and make the games last 1 hour until the server goes down or survivors give up.
Being over competitive in this game turns it unfun for both sides because the core of the game is build on being casual, and people who are competitive should never complain when the counterpart tries their hardest as well because it’s what people like them have harvested for the mentality of the community. At the end of the day the game is now more balanced tham ever with aprox 60% kill right as of September 2022, which means that both sides draw on average (with benefit towards killer), and this is amazing to happen in an asymmetrical game.
Cheers :)

So would all the otherthings that would supposedly "kill the game" but they didn't

thanks for the chuckle

How would you know if a CrossPlay surv had a prior ban?
0 -
That's too harsh of an option.
Although I doubt they'll ever do it, not showing a lobby at all would work. It would give their MMR system its best chance for a fair-ish match, and also eliminate that bs last-second swapping survs can do.

Cus 90% of the people I face are on Steam??? And I can check their profiles?! The other 10% is a gamble, but rather that than the other way.

Did I ask something that incredible?
I'm a consoler, so for me pretty much everyone appears as CrossPlay because Xbox has much less players than PlayStation does. So PS, Epic, Switch, Windows, and Steam all show a globe 🌎🌍 in my lobbies.
And I certainly cannot check any Steam profile stuff either. 😂

Most of those doomsayers are spitting out hyperbolic nonsense when they say "Do that and it'll kill this game!".
But in this case they're correct, remove SWF and indeed the game withers and dies.

Lmao a bit, to me you're kinda like a rare unicorn xD I wish I faced more console players, wayyyy less cheaters I reckon. Until now every cheater I've faced has been from Steam 💀 One was even a bot that was streaming their gameplay. So yeah.. against those lobbies I definitely dodge, and would love to have the option to dodge.

Give us information about what killer we gonna face
Is fair, right?

In the entire playerbase all of the consoles collectively are the largest in number, and it's not really close. But it depends on so many things, like time of day, which region, MMR grouping, etc.
Is is possible to cheat through a console, but much harder so it's not really worth it.
I sorta understand the various reasons people dodge, but since it wreaks the matchmaking we should find a better way.
Now go get those filthy survs! 😜
