New…Game-mode?

“Blood Fury”

This game-mode would be really cool, that Survivors will have to work together to ban a Killer that they dislike the most to play against, Killers characters will be banned for the entire duration of the trial, and the Entity swaps that Killer to “Trapper or Wraith” if that Killer has been banned, for the Killer! The Killer is allowed to change their character after the ban, But only if the Killer does not like the character that they playing as and they do not like! On the other hand for the Killer they can block/ban 2 Survivors perks and the Entity would have to ask the Survivor that is this message, “Multiple or Less of your Perks have been Banned please select new Perks for the Trial!”

This could usually open in the afternoons for maybe “2 hours!” This game-mode you could get extra “Blood Points” and maybe a great way to get Shards instead of constantly leveling up all the time!

I more lean towards a game mode, where every perk, killer, addon, survivors, and item is completed randomized and you can get 100% BP for it. A game mode called "Chaotic Randomizer"

Other game modes I like to see...

*Hide N Seek game mode, focus purely on survival for a good duration of time, and the exit gates are available. No hooks, 8 survivors vs 1 killer; if you get caught before like... 10 minutes or less; you are dead.

*2 Killer vs 8 survivors, regularly gamemode; yet double thr fun and numbers as well as perks; alot of teamwork and coordination. Killer's can speak with each other, so can survivors.

*prop hunt ; just because it would be fun to be a totem or generator or cheat or hook.

*offline game mode: Maybe a Single player/co-op game. In which sole or group of players can vs. Powerful bot/group of npc. Purely focus on the lore and story of the characters. License chapters might be tricky if not impossible.

Means you can hook the survivors as many times as you want, idk

Mhhhh... Maybe a Score based gamemode, in which the killer needs to down and hook as many survivors within a limited time limit. If they reach a score limits, they rank up in BP/xp; and same can be apply to survivors with less to no hooks.

I don't know about that one, it hard to differential the win conditions. Like does the killer need to get 5, 10, 15, or even 20 hooks to master; as well as long a Survivor survive without be hooked.

Not sure how it would work no, but an infinite hook mode would be fun IMO

Would be neat in custom matches at least

Why are the Killer not then able to ban some Survivors then too?

Because all survivors are the same lol killers all have different powers

Some Survivors have skins that make them almost impossible to see in Dark places.

Oh my… you’re really going to compare blending in to a killer power? No, it’s not even close. Yes, survivors can be advantageous in choosing their skins but they aren’t guaranteed a map that will accommodate it. Furthermore, killers can see what survivors look like before the game starts and there are plenty of ways to help find them regardless such as aura reading, scratch marks, the fact that they’re hella loud, killer instinct, anything that makes them scream…. So yeah while changing cosmetics can be advantageous it’s not near comparable to how different killers are.

Im not comparing them two, im saying Dark clothing is also a problem. If Power is a reason to ban a character, then cosmetic color stealth is also a reason to ban. You and I may disagree on the severity, but it IS a problem. So if you want to opt out of that use, its only fair we also get to opt out of what use survivors get.

    1v1's

Many people play for chases mostly, why not make it a gamemode?

How it would play, you would queue up normally, and once u find a lobby, u have like a minute to prepare your build (i'd limit each loadout to maybe 2 perks) once u choose perks, they're locked and u can't change them, You would see what killer u gonna face, to know what to prepare for, and both side can see each other's perks. Either no map offerings, or each side can choose a map, which would make even 50/50 of where u'd go. To avoid lobby shopping, "match" starts at the moment of finding the lobby, so dodging lobby would equal the traditional dc penalty.

As the rules of 1v1, survivor's winning condition would be surviving for X amount of times, and for killer would be getting X amount of downs, when after every down survivor and map is being reset. To prevent survivor from playing hide and seek (which would be a great game mode on it's own), if survivor isn't in a chase for like 15s, their aura is revealed until they enter said chase.

Perks and maps could be modified to fit the mode specifically, and ranked system would also go really good with it

No one is saying that killer powers are a problem here though… it might be that some struggle with certain ones but overall it’s more akin imo to being sick of having to play the game the same way and certain killers becoming over saturated. Using cosmetics to blend in is NOT a problem anyway. Survivors don’t have any real defense mechanisms outside of the occasional stun or blind. Hiding from the killer is a strategy and camouflaging is a legitimate way to do so and even then it can still be countered effectively.

in the same way you dont think cosmetic hiding is a problem, I can say I dont think killer repeating is a problem.

It IS after all legal to play the same Killer again and again. Killer repeats is a legitimate way to play and even then it can still be countered effectively.

Also, now that I think about it, idd like to ban some Survivors cause they scream really loudly too. My ears hurt.

I don’t disagree with you. I think you should be able to play whatever killer you want. I go up against a lot of killers that 1) I just hate facing and 2) I see so often I just get bored, but I never disconnect or throw the game. That’s not my style. I would never dodge a lobby (if I could) because I don’t like the killer - killers have long enough wait times in general, and besides, they’re people - not bots - and they just wanna play the game too. I simply don’t think comparing powers to things like cosmetics is viable, but I respect your thoughts regardless even though I will vocally disagree.
