Why isn't Decisive Strike back to 5 seconds?
You buffed Pop, why can't you buff Decisive Strike to 5 seconds? You know 3 seconds isn't enough, considering the STAGGER alone is 1.2 seconds? So that's 1.8 seconds of running away, how does THAT laughable stun discourage killers from tunneling? So much being an anti tunnel perk...
Additionally, why does Off the record STILL have 80 seconds of Endurance? People are body blocking with their free hit and playing so aggressively just because they have extra protection, can you remove endurance from that perk and buff Decisive Strike back? Killers are tunneling more and more just because they don't fear the "3 second" stun.
BHVR, PLEASE buff Decisive Strike back to 5 seconds, that's all we ask for. I don't mind it being deactivated when the exit gates are powered, the stun is just absolutely pathetic. Please change it.

If buffed pop is your argument, then 4 seconds is best you get.
If you want 5, then pop needs 25% of maximum progress.

4 is just a regular grasp escape, 5 should be a "you tunneled and you're punished for it now" it should be PUNISHING, not encouraging the killer to go right after DS back to tunneling

yeah but 5s is just too much, makes you just unchaseable period. which is bad because hard tunneling is the only issue regular tunneling when you need to do it shouldnt be completely negated by a perk designed to counter hard tunnelers.

If its any higher than 3 seconds it can be abused with Head On to cause the Killer not being able to play for a long time.
DS being 3 seconds prevents abuse, simple as.

This is a killer sided explanation. Just dont tunnel and then it cannot be used with head on. 3 second is nothing for game where killers like nurse and blight.
Also,it can be adjusted to not work with head on like mft and for the people cannot be worked together.
it must be 5 second again to deter killers from tunneling.
