Please Do This for Prove Thyself
While I agree with the decision to finally take a look at Prove Thyself, I believe that the way it's being done is sub-optimal and needs to be looked at. Here's what I believe would be perfect for it instead:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Prove Thyself
While repairing a Generator within 4 meters of another Survivor, you gain a 10% bonus to repair speed.
- For each Survivor also repairing a Generator with you, you and the other Survivor benefit from the effect and gain an additional 3%/4%/5% increase in repair speed per Survivor, up to 9%/12%/15%.
Prove Thyself also grants a 100% Bonus to co-operative actions while repairing Generators, but does not stack with other instances of itself or other perks that affect repair speed progress.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This should be what Prove Thyself actually is; a perk that more or less incentivizes playing as a team instead of just hammering out Generators with two people at great efficiency. This also de-incentivizes using other perks that also increase repair speed at an incredible level alongside it due to potentially powerful builds with it.
Also, don't remove the Bloodpoint earnings. We need more incentive for Survivors to repair generators together rather than just split apart and be as boring and efficient as possible.

Sadly they said last year that they didn't want people to choose perks based on bloodpoint gains and that was the purpose of queue/role incentives, so it was meant to be that PTS would lose that part (even though the bloodpoints don't exceed the cap for the category)

I can understand that.
Taking BPs off potentially underpowered perks can be a way to prevent a "noob trap".
Less experienced players could pick those and ultimately have fewer BPs due to poor results in matches.
I do agree however that Prove thyself and MFT are perks that needs the most heavy handed nerf hammers ASAP.
those 2 perks are pretty much free wins especially when paired with Hope and BNP... It's beyond me that those things stacks, its absolute insanity.
Nearly nothing stacks in the killer's arsenal anymore, we have a million restrictions, meanwhile they are spoon feeding free wins to survivors like there is no tomorrow.

Wait are they messing with my fav perk??

Nerfed to 6/8/10% and BP bonus is gone.

No words. Idk what's the obsession with nerfs, on both sides. Welp, guess dejavu will now replace it for me!
I'd much rather see buffs. Anyway ty for sharing the info with me :)

And yet Beast of Prey, Thrill of the Hunt AND Distressing all have Bloodpoint gain increases.
And they also have BP gain increases through add-ons.
Also like you mentioned, Prove Thyself increased the amount of Bloodpoints gained through SCORE EVENTS, NOT EVEN THE TOTAL AMOUNT.
So this is incredibly inconsistent.

buffs generator repair? seriously? there are too many perks for repairing generators

I never specified what to buff, thats strawman. I just want to see buffs, to anything. Killer perks, survivor perks, stop nerfing stuff and making it useless, instead buff other things, whatever it might be so we have many, many options.
They should have just left PTS alone.
Soon everything will be homenogized, nice and boring. It's just nerf nerf nerf stuff into the ground so it sits there and rots. That's just so bad.

I'll just remind you that "prove yourself", "resilience" "deja vu" is exactly "buff". and this is only part of the list. to think that all this is just nerf is wrong
