M1 Killers are terrible to use.

I've picked up Wraith recently and enjoyed my first 15 or so matches where I got 15 wins in a row, matches felt easy and players were not as good. However, the problem is after getting that winning streak I've been into 3 lobbies where 2-3 of the players have more than 1,500+ hours (Keep in mind I have around 400 Hours).

Using a killer like Wraith is impossible against good survivors, all it takes is for one survivor to keep chase for a little over a minute which is very possible against a weak killer like Wraith while the other 3 are on gens, by the time you get your first down, 2 gens have been popped and the 3rd is has been progressed a lot. So I've ended my last 3 matches with 2 Kills in each, getting a person out before the last gen is done and then another at the end while the other 2 escape.

It's frustrating knowing there aren't many perks that can really help with the chase for killers, the new improved coup does look pretty nice though in order to reduce chase time.

But what I'm trying to say is that the game isn't killer or survivor-sided totally, but I definitely find it survivor-sided towards the weaker M1 Killers who cannot end chases quickly

The problem also comes with the number of safe pallets + the number of perks that help in chase as Survivor, trust me I play a lot of Survivor and there's just a wide variety of perks that help during the chase to lengthen it. The only thing killers really have that is remotely similar is bloodlust, which can just be stopped by dropping a pallet or walking.

Yes,we have all been through there, that feeling of the maps being unfair etc, here some basic classic tips thay will help you with Wraith.

Now,before I start, don't get me wrong,I'm not saying you are not right, the maps and generators balance are a real issue, expecially in the things you mentioned, but you can mitigate these problems with enough gameplay experience on your part.

By reading at your post,I can say that you make often the mistake of committing to chases too much, don't do that, experienced survivors will bring you on a guided pallet tour through the whole map while the other teammates smash the generators.

What you want to do,is to apply "passive" pressure on the survivors, and the Wraith is excellent at this with his fast speed.

Basically, once the match starts, while cloacked,go find players that are working on the generators (don't commit to people that are running around the map randomly in the begin, you'll know where to find them later if they were running in the direction of a generator, maybe give them a hit if they are outpositioned and far from a pallet),once you find someone on a generator, start a chase, see how it goes, your main goal here is to apply hurt states and break as many pallets as possible.

If after 20 seconds, the chased player is still not on the ground, leave immediately and don't feel sad for it,at least you probably broke some pallets and created some dead zones in that part of the map.

Repeat the step in the begin,go check the generators,if done fast and well, the survivors will have to choose between wasting time healing or risk being on the generators in a hurt state.

That's it,with enough time and experience, you will become very good at this (you will know where to go to put pressure),but be careful, good survivors know about this and they will try to counter this tactic in any way possible (I don't blame them),they will bring medkits with insta heal add ons, toolboxes with brand new part, perks that help and reward doing the generators fast while injured (adrenaline and resilience being an example) etc.

For this type of players,I always bring with me perks like brutal strength or sloppy butcher (or the respective add ons that achieve the same results,Wraith can be very versatile thanks to them) so I can still be very efficient too and keep the pressure high.

Regarding other m1 killers,I can't help on that side (I don't own any dlc character and i don't have a lot of experience with the basic game ones) as I'm mostly a Wraith/Spirit main player.

Wraith should never have chase over a minute.

Wraith is capable of 4k even against good SWF, with good build tho.

Don't commit to every chase, try hit&run.

Out of context, I never use wraith, thanks for the advice, maybe I try him some time, he is one of a few killers that I need to reach prestige 2

This. The problem here is premades and S-tier killers being overpowered. It would be good for the game to lessen the gap.

so what is your suggestion here? Youre not giving any feedback other than "this is not fair"

You are not giving the devs anything to work with here and the community is well aware that stealth killers have weaker chase potential overall. Thats just how it is atm.

I promise you if you're getting matched against people who have played over 1000 hours more than you the issue isn't that the game is survivor sided or that M1 killers are too weak.

I wish there was a killer shortage lol currently I always have to wait at least 5min to find a game and get BP incentives once in a blue moon.

The issue here is just that matchmaking is a mess, and there's more veteran players than newbies so newbies & average players are bound to be matched against people they can't beat at some point.
