I mean you literally can, it's annoying but she can't keep 4 people off 3 gens forever. And maybe don't 3 gen yourself? If you get 3 genned it's 100% your fault for not spacing out your generators.

I don't think I answered my own question. If you spawn in on a map, you should play strategically. Do the gens in the middle of the map first instead the one you spawned next to on the edge for instance is a good idea. With this alone you can prevent a 3-Gen on most maps. And you can try to finish two in the same area, when there is a 4-Gen. It always works when you do it while there are still 4 survivors on the map.

I have the options here. I'm not sure why you want to assume that the 3 gen can't spawn near the center of the map, or that the killer is somehow not camping it from the lobby, which is the scenario we specifically talking about.
Regardless, strategy and coordination go completely out the window once the PTB patch goes live. Good luck carefully planning your gen completions when your new bot teammate just finishes everything else and hands the killer their 3 gen for you. The bots are just going to avoid the terror radius (hey, in the 3 gen...) and do gens elsewhere.
