Why is BHVR trying to pass of the Sadako nerfs as a buff rework
Title really, it doesnt take someone with two working braincells to see that BHVR saw Sadako had high killrates last year and decided to destroy her from orbit, now making her one of if not the worst killer in the game.
But why wont they just admit what everyone knows is true

It pisses me off so greatly as a dedicated Sadako player (no I did not use slugako) watching my favorite killer get murdered all the while CCers will post videos calling "close to greatness" or "HUGE BUFFS" when all the actual Sadako players know how detrimental this is to her. Which is caused by BHVRS sneaky language and them slightly slightly buffing her projection (its like slightly better at best, just play Dredge) while greatly nerfing every other aspect of her kit to near uselessness
Genuinely no point to Condemned or Tapes with this "rework", they might as well have removed it from the game, it was at least mostly frustrating on the PTB but with the new changes further nerfing her into the ground its Incredibly anger inducing

This actually raises another question of mine, why are so so many of the Licensed Killers so weak and #########, with Sadako now being nerfed into the bottom 3 killers in the game right next to Pig, Myers and Trapper (Runner up to Freddy) . Shouldnt you want your licensed killers to be slightly okay at worst instead of mostly god awful

Because the first reaction of many people on this forum and even some streamers was, that its a buff.
Some were really euphoric and refused to believe that it was a nerf (maybe also because of the streamers). So thats why.

And the only reason that happened is because BHVR labeled and spoke of this as a buff instead of being transparent like they promised and labeled it as it is, a huge ######### nerf

My guess is that, because they're the ones you're forced to buy, they want the better perks and stronger killers to be original characters that you either have for free or can grind for shards so nobody feels forced to purchase a killer.
The only exceptions to this have happened recently- during the Gen Kick Meta with Eruption and COB, and with the release of Whiskas.

Maybe Whiskas was a test to see how a iconic killer, who isn´t pay2lose, would be acctepted by the community.

And how is that any different from live? The only situation in which survivors have to mind comdemn and use tapes is with comdemned playstyle / iri tape + ring drawing. If the sadako player does not bring this, the whole game might get done without a single player fetching a tape.

It's a step in the right direction. Condemn is supposed to be passive slowdown in it's entirety. Now they can buff up her chase.
It's bhvr though so you'll probably have to wait several months.

because bhvr is survivor biased wants everyone to play wesker can't have killers being too OP now can we?

If you don't want to use your mori power, it technically is a buff, you get to teleport more.
But the mori is unique to her, without it she's just a weaker Freddy.
It would be nice if her mori was more like Pyramids, in that it was more reliable to use instead of a third hook.
Maybe each hook should 'lock in' 2-3 stacks of Condemned or something.

Bhvr is survivor sided so they don't nerf the most complained about killers (Wesker and Blight) because... They want people playing the strongest stuff all the time?

True af. Pyramid Head is for me one of the weakest killers in the game as well...
Also, considering that the people at BHVR says trapper is in a great spot and needs no buffs tells you everything you need to know

The rework will allow the videotape to protect the survivors. it is not cursed.

I've always viewed getting the mori as a bonus rather than the end goal, similar to Pig's Reverse Bear Traps. Being able to pile on Condemned more easily can also create pressure* in forcing Survivors to leave gens to deal with Tapes. Makes me lament the loss of spreading Condemned when you hook someone with a tape.
I do wonder if being able to put Tapes in any TV shouldn't be changed to "you can put Tapes in any powered TV" and trade off teleporting with making dealing with Condemned that little bit harder.
*I tend to define pressure as anything and everything that keeps Survivors off generators for any length of time.
One of the changes going into live is that getting hit with a tape gives you 2 stacks is corruption (up from 1) and destroys the tape. So it becomes more risk vs reward and also possibly removes inserting a tape between hits.

We gave them so much feedback and they just ingorned all of it why even have fourms to give feedback in the first place if you're just gonna stare at ur data all day and no where else

Just like the pharmacy "buff"

You get to teleport LESS as it used to be instant and the only downside was the tvs being turned off but you could fix her to be good fun using her iri add-on to get around that. I had an entire dedicated build around her strengths that no other killer can pull off using floods of rage, lethal pursuer, make your choice, and shadowborn.
A complete, no slowdown build that was actually effective while just fun to use and comfortable to play (with shadowborn). The cooldown not only ruins that but makes her feel more clunky and slow to do what you want. You have to commit to slowing the game down directly now using the condemned teleports and gen defense.

Yeah but they can just hop in a locker if they're about to be downed and since it isn't a basic attack, they don't get any stacks

Yeah. They can do the same thing vs Tombstone Myers. How often does that actually happen, though?
Plus it's a hook either way long as you catch them at it and you're quick enough to avoid Head On if they have it.

There was never a reason to teleport instantly unless you teleported to the wrong TV. 10s is nothing for the massive cooldown reduction on TVs themselves, considering you don't need those 10s in the first place. And not needing to use an Iri add on every game is a huge buff.

Pyramid head? Weakest?
Since when?
He has one of worst add-ons, but he is not weak.
PH mains who know how to flick are really annoying to deal with.

Since I bought him. He was the first killer I boight right when I got the game (got the SH chapter). It's the only killer from among them all who I struggle with to get 4K. Even getting 2 hooks on each is usually impossible. Sure, you can tunnel with him, but it's basically a M1 killer with no power. The trails can be ignored extremely easily, his power gets so telegraphed that the survivors have it easy to dodge, and yeah, his addons are absolute trash. And as survivor, up tho this day, the only times I have died against a PH is because it's end game, he got 1 or 2 hooks, and i felt sorry for him so i just stay until the entity kills me... Like, seriously when I play against him the most he gets is a kill, and I'm not in any way a good survivor...
Even Oreo as she was before the neft was better killer by far than PH. Even trapper gets me more 4Ks than PH

Nothing against you, but seems like a skill issue.
PH is very far from weakest killer. He is considered low A / high B.
His main issue are his addons. He has basically range addons. That's all.
He is very hard to master. If you want to be somewhat competitive, you need to learn how to flick. He has probably hardest flicks in the game, at least for me tho.
Not only you need to be good PH, but you also need to know maps very well and learn how survivors are going to react to your power. He is easily one of hardest killers to master.
But if you are good, you will stomp.
