How can I check my BHVR account on Switch?
Hi,
I have no clue what my dbd account details are for switch. I have all my stuff on there, and I want to find out what my login details are. I don’t even know if there’s a BHVR account connected to it if that’s even possible, because when I tried logging in with the Nintendo account email it said there was no account tied to that email. My account name on switch is different to my BHVR username, which makes me think they must be different, so if I am wrong about this I’d love to know. Thanks in advance

The only way you can check if you've added your Switch account to your BHVR account is actually logging in on the BHVR Account website - you can reset password there etc if needed.

whenever I go to forgot passcode and I put in my email, it recognises it as a valid email as in it goes to the change passcode screen but no email gets sent to me. I’m using the right email and I’ve checked spam and all that and I’ve tried sending it again but it just doesn’t work

Same here! I don’t even think I had to make a bhvr account when I bought the game on switch so I find it kind of worrying that I’ve been spending money on your game with no way to access my info online. What will happen if there’s ever a glitch that unlinks my account? I just lose it forever?
