PC : Steam family sharing is not working after the update 7.1.2a from yesterday
Hello, Steam family sharing is not working at all with Dead By Daylight since the update 7.1.2a from yesterday, a lot of users have reported the issue on the Steam forum, a moderator said on one of the topic that it was forwarded to the dev team but since yesterday we don't have any news or updates on what's going on, we don't even know if it's gonna be fixed and if so if it being worked on?
Could someone from BHVR clarify this here or on social medias or Steam forums?
Many of us, including me and my husby were sharing DLC's with close family and now we can't play anymore :(
Anyway, thanks in advance for any kind of official response/statement from the BHVR team n.n

Apparently this is intentional but it's not BHVR's fault
I've heard that steam shadow-updated their family share policy/system:

Well thanks for the response, let's wait for an official statement though!
The Steam new policy is clear but it's still weird that the sharing stopped working only since the update BHVR made to DBD for Stadia players issues in my opinion n.n'

Steam's policy has always (or at least for a long time) been like that. I remember showing that page quite a while ago to someone asking if they could family share DBD DLCs, trying to tell them that they couldn't, but someone else commented saying they had been able to do it, so it's odd how 1) that policy wasn't being applied only to DBD, and 2) it suddenly changed as of the latest hotfix. Perhaps it was an intentional change/fix on the devs' part?

Yeah I don't know why but it's always been that way for me as well for every game I played. There was no way to share DLC normally for a game you and a friend own. I feel like I am being gaslit about it being possible when no game I have ever played has ever been able to. Even BHVR's own stuff about missing DLC FAQ says it's just not possible to share DLC alone if you both own the game on any platform.

Servers went down twice today, but still not fix for Steam sharing, it's been verified that the problem is not from the Steam side but on BHVR's side, any news on this anyone?
