What is the point of nerfing windows of opportunity?
The text got an update and it seems we get a 20 second cooldown soon.
The perk is absolutely fine as it is, i would argue it net benefits the killer as it is a waste of a perk slot which you could save if you know the maps or play SWF. Windows is a perfect example of a perk which gets a nerf just because it has a high usage, not because it is busted.

It was not intentional, as the developers stated, and it is also worth noting that there is no cooldown period when playing

An argument about Windows of Opportunity is pointless unless we know the escape rate of people who use this perk or also I want to know if people who use this perk lasts longer in a chase than what is reasonably expected or fair for the game.
I know everyone just says the only stats we see is the Kill rates or Usage Rate, so that is the reasons bHVR nerfs or buffs them, but just because you are not told the exact stats and details regarding a change don't mean those details don't exist. bHVR has data engineers who sift through the datas to bring answers to the game designers, if all that was ever considered was kill rate and usage rate this game would look SOO DIFFRENT.

The text showed because of the bug was WoO's old description before its buff in 5.3.0, not a future one (unless they suddenly decide to reverse the buff, but I doubt it)

it's just a description bug the perk isn't receiving any nerfs.

WOO was pretty common before, but these chase builds tend to have it with MFT Resil Hope so it's being picked even more.

I would love to know the Survive rate with WOO + MFT, I think that could be a spicy combo.

It's a text bug cause this perk has no cooldown which means it still works the same.
