DH is bad though

If you are hitting bloodlust 3, you are losing the game. As you said, it takes 45 seconds to hit bloodlust 3, without getting pallet stunned, breaking a pallet, or hitting the survivor. If you do that twice in the first chase, that is 90 seconds. 3 gens gone. You could facecamp at that point and still probably have all 4 escape.
Bloodlust unfortunately needs to stay as long as there are busted maps like garden of joy window. Once the maps get fixed, sure, i'd be down with removing bloodlust.
Bloodlust is also a solid counter to "hold w" which is very important for certain killers, especially the slower ones. The movement absolute movement speeds aren't as important as the differences in movement speeds for a survivor. People see a "115% killer" and think (oh yeah, they move 15% faster than a survivor). While that is true, the reality is, they move 0.6 m/s faster than a survivor. This means if they are chasing a survivor at 32 meters (a terror radius away, maps are typically around 100ishx100ish meters squared) it'll take the killer a full 53.3 seconds to catch up to the survivor. Which is very very significant.

It’s not.

Any perk that relies on your opponents ping is bad.

Disagree. Post rework Dead Hard was also ping dependant but was still meta. It’s definitely weaker and no longer overpowered but it is by no means a bad perk.

Good. MFT was the kind of perk where, if you were already terrible in chase, then it didn't help you much. It mainly benefits survivors who are already incredible loopers, which just makes the killer chasing them feel more miserable chasing them when they realize that they have MFT. It kind of feels like a win more perk to me.
I think, however, it would be more balanced if killers had more access to perks that inflict exhaustion. Currently, though, we only have Fearmonger, Blood Echo, Septic Touch, and Genetic Limits (I think that's it...). Anything else is add ons of varying quality. Septic Touch, Genetic Limits, and Blood Echo are too unreliable though. Even Fearmonger could, theoretically, be walked off when they see you coming.

It's why I don't like posting on DBD forums much. So much outright dishonesty, I always wonder if it's delusion.
Survivor perspective. This super popular perk that we all love to use now BARELY matters! It shouldn't be nerfed!
Yeah, because survivors tend to use BAD perks. That's why Corrective Action, Left Behind, No One Left Behind, Poised, and Premonition are seen in practically every single match! It's because they're bad perks.
MFT is strong as hell. No one running it ACTUALLY thinks otherwise or they wouldn't be using it...

6.1.0 (the meta shakeup) wasn’t fine. It was really bad for survivors.

I was talking about Dead Hard's second nerf. Dead Hard was still meta in 6.1.0.

The endurance part of it doesn't come into play all that much, at least in my experience.
I'd say they should see how it works at 2% and also limit haste-stacking. I'm fine with survivors being a little speedy, but a good survivor using this perk is a nightmare to chase.
