revert xeno nerf
Before the nerf, he was balanced but now, after you nerfed xeno, he's a pile of dogshit. You have two options: revert the nerf or give me my money back through refund. Your choice. If you don't, there is a third option; sueing your company for scamming your customers.

First, he was bugged. It's hard to say if the nerf was needed because the bug was making him much stronger than he was intended to be.
Second, good luck with a refund
Third, suing won't accomplish anything, because you've already agreed that things in the game can be changed.

No.

you get slowed down an extra 0.8s when MISSING
how does this make him unplayable, please explain

ahahahah this is almost as good as the armchair software engineers on here giving opinions on code and engines when they have 0 idea what they're talking about. You're a Karen in the making there sunshine.
Imagine having a law firm and getting a phone call from a 16 year old trying to start a class action against a company for nerfing something they own and in the terms you agreed to saying you do not own the property in any way and it can be removed or changed at anytime.

Xeno is still a very strong A-Tier, and from what I saw of the patch notes, Xeno was reverted to the PTB State rather than actually nerfed. Xeno was way too strong, with no drawback for missing tail attacks.
As for the refund, you won't get one. You also can't sue, as you don't have any legal grounds to do so. I could go into detail, but that'd be a waste of my time.

Absolutely not.

Wow, being punished for missing an attack... weird, also wasn't he like this in the PTB and nobody complained?

So about the refund and the suing. You ever heard of EULA? You agreed to accept this

Nothing's changed except you get punished more for missing. Which implies you miss a lot if he's unplayable for you.
Massive skill issue.

Xeno needed the nerf and also you agreed to the EULA before playing so good luck with suing or getting a refund lol.

Missing a hit now has a consequence. I guess just don't miss.

Hi,
I just want to say that first of all, they don't owe you money in the first place, and second of all, if you read the ToS you are going to see that Developers, being the license-holders of the killers you "buy", are able to perform any changes they want to a chapter, and that you are eligible to a refund only in extreme specific situation, in which, a nerf doesn't reside.
I know Xenomorph nerf doesn't feel nice as before to play, but if the game makes you so tilted, to the point where you start attacking someone, maybe you should seek help.
Kindly, Cecio.

Get Nemesis punished? Or Wesker? Or Blight? Or Nurse? Or any other killer?
I agree with the opener. REVERT THIS CRAP, please. Xeno feels so bad now, Im already back at Wesker and Oni (because normal M1-Killers like Freddy are pure garbage vs. Made for this, you need SPEED) with hopes that Xeno will get reverted. If not, this was the last license I bought on release.

Nemi and wesker get slowed by bringing out their power and holding it for any length of time. The wind up is the slow (and Nemi has a recovery as well).
Blight and nurse also have a recovery for missing. Nurse has an actively longer fatigue for a missed attack. You're not only desperate, but seem to lack basic understanding of these killers' powers.
Let's be honest, you got used to the bugged version of xeno's attack that had no wind up *and* no miss penalty, which was clearly not intended. That's all that's happening here.

... Chill a bit, no?

Yeah I bet BHVR is peeing their pants now that a kid is threathening to sue them 😢
You have to accept their ToS before you can play their game which states that they can do whatever they want with their content and you don’t own anything in this game. They could literally shutdown the game now without owing you anything.
It looks like you were getting carried by his bugs, I guess you’ll have to learn how to play now

You agreed to an EULA that very clearly states they can change anything they want for any reason at any point. They could turn your fave perk into "Press E to do a Fortnite dance with no other effect" and it'd be 100% within their rights to do so. This is standard for any live service game for exactly the reason that otherwise any time they release something that's tuned wrong, broken or straight up exploitable it'd be a nightmare to change it.
I mean, would you have liked if release Mettle of Man had to be kept in that form forever because BHVR could be sued if they changed it? 🙃
