The player cards are really great!
As the title says. I have a new goal with DBD. If I wanted to, I would like to be able to see the ratings of the players as well.

Seems we will be getting personal player profile pages. Guessing we can obtain/buy/etc cards (like profile pictures I think) and banners to decorate said profiles

Basically, this is your player card. The campfire icon are the badges the dev update refers to, and the banner is the skull art on the right of it. You can essentially customise your player profile as it appears to others with these.

Besides skins, charms, prestige levels and ranks yeah this is the thing we needed to show how good/bad we are... Cant wait till they add banners and lobby dance offs..

This game has been in need of new cosmetics for a long time, especially when the players don't care about charms. If they want more money, instead of forcing skins in DLCs, this is what they should have done from the beginning. I hope they don't stop there and introduce new animations, like moris and celebrations.

I once saw a meme of someone giving him the bunny ears (can't find it anymore 😔). I also mentioned it a couple times before, so maybe that's what you meant.

I hope they get flashy with them like Call of Duty's playercards. Allows for more personal customization. And if they really wanted to fill in the prestige spot, they could also do something like what Call of Duty does and put an emblem there.

While I don't generally care for Player Cards (they seems fine as a cosmetic thing) what disturbs me here is:
we’ve also cleaned up the menus and moved your player level and grades to a new Player Profile screen, accessible by clicking on your badge.
This continues the trend of bad UI in DbD. I want to see my grade and level at a glance, not clicking for it in another menu each game.

I hope there are cards for getting P100 (although I would prefer the Void effect for that).
Nonetheless they look nice and a player profile was long due. Even on mobile you a profile and that was already a thing ages ago.
