Initialisation error - Nintendo Switch
How i reproduce the problem :
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Wait for loading screen
Step 3 : error screen (See images)
Step 4 : get send back to loading screen
Additional information : i have tried the following :
- Reinstall the game
- clear the console's cache
- Reinstall the game on local storage instead of sd card
- Restart my router
- activated uPnp in my router's settings
- Factory reset the console and reinstall the game
Another info : i have written to the nintendo support which have given me additionnal troubleshooting step which are written up here. They will try to check into my nintendo account for some more info.
I have also contacted your support for help via email, they have helped me, but send me to nintendo to ask for help about my problem...
i am sure at 99% that the problem doesn't come from nintendo because all my other online game work perfectly fine. and it's the first time someone hit them with this error message...
I have tried everything i can to troubleshoot this myself, but i am out of idea.
Please help me.

Forgot to mention that i also have tried to check for the sync time and date with network, which was already checked.
I unchecked and checked this option which changed nothing.

New feedback, nintendo recontacted me and they found nothing wrong in my nintendo account that could cause problem.
Another information that could help : the game was refunded 2 years ago...
Maybe that my account is bugged because of this... idk !

Are you guys even aware of the issue, game is unplayable at this state...
I've been been stuck on this errors for weeks
Please do something, this is ridiculous to have this problem and nothing is being done to help

What did you mean the game was refunded? If Nintendo refunded you, then you no longer have the ability to play. What do you mean by that statement? Did you not like the game and ask Nintendo for a refund?

I meant that in the past i had bought the game, refunded it because of the performance of the game.
now i bought it back recently because i want to be able to play with my gf who doesnt have a powerful pc, my switch will do the job easily.
but now it seems that it’s not the case because the game doesn’t even launch properly
