I signed up my 2 emails to get that charm, but I still haven't got it.

Are they able to solve the Newsletter-issues in general?
I did not receive the Charm either, but I never managed to sign up for the Newsletter in the first place. I tried it multiple times with my regular Email (the same I use for Steam and DBD), but I never received anything.
